Came by earlier today and just bewildered by how they treated me. I’ve worked with people that talk to customers the way they talked to me, rude as can be. Been to a lot better locations and know where to not take myself anymore. Disappointed. Manager was no help either unfortunately.

This is my second time here they are slow and food takes forever. First time I thought was just a bad day today going to work I stopped to get chicken fingers. They took forever. I decided cancelling my order. And worst mistake. They had to get the manager that was not available... Manager said did my refund but cannot provide receipt. Which means they did not do anything and will keep my money. What was suppose to be a quick grab food before work ending up being a frustrated experience. I should have been there about 15 to 20 mins... if you are in a hurry, this absolutely is not your place. You will be 100% frustrated. I also just put in my mind that I won't receive my money back. I literally paid for learn a bad experience at this place.

got #7 and #5 both were hot fresh got condiments fast service real good experience.. sometimes Sonic can be hit or miss but this door seems to be hitting it every time thank you guys Good job

They are slow and rude at this place, yesterday a gentleman told me I had to get the drink on a kids meal, and told me I don’t get a kids meal. I say sir I don’t want the drink and he said it again. So when he came out I asked him where does it say I have to take the drink. He points and say it’s say drinks including, I’m puzzled cause it’s not up here. So I ended up getting my bby a water, cause he already had juice in his sippy cup. I wasn’t rude I was asking sir can you show me. lol anywhew I leaving this review because it was only three cars there, it wasn’t even that busy.
If you order there and check your food, it's ok, but if you order and want it delivered thru Doordash, well, that's a different thing. We have not been happy on several occasions in getting something wrong. One of the new items is the Orange Cloudsicle Slush Float, which is good.

I want to say the excuse is that it's run by kids but they truly need to do better. They are always forgetting something when I order a Route 44 cup of ice. It doesn't come filled all the time. Long wait times cold food, just a lot going on and not enough good.

I went to a stall to order was told they were only doing drive thru even though several people were helped at a stall. I asked for a purple o which I get at every sonic and I never had an issue ordering. At this one the person refused to look it up or be any kind of help. He said if you want that drink you need to list the ingredients. Immediately I said never mind. It was rude and not cooperative especially when every other sonic employee has known what I’ve meant. I won’t be going back.
