I want to say the excuse is that it's run by kids but they truly need to do better. They are always forgetting something when I order a Route 44 cup of ice. It doesn't come filled all the time. Long wait times cold food, just a lot going on and not enough good.

I went to a stall to order was told they were only doing drive thru even though several people were helped at a stall. I asked for a purple o which I get at every sonic and I never had an issue ordering. At this one the person refused to look it up or be any kind of help. He said if you want that drink you need to list the ingredients. Immediately I said never mind. It was rude and not cooperative especially when every other sonic employee has known what I’ve meant. I won’t be going back.

I ordered a meal in the drive thru here and asked for ketchup he told me there was already ketchup in my bag when in fact, there was no ketchup in my bag so I told him that I still needed to ketchup because there was none in my bag. He proceeded to ask for my bag to check and see if I was apparently telling the truth in order to give me packets of ketchup. WORST SERVICE EVERRRRR

Did my order on the app. It was easy and fast . Only took a few minutes for my food to come out and it was neatly bagged , bags where put in a box which made it very easy to carry . I got my sauce packets , drink carrier . Food is delicious . Thank you for the hard
Every time I come up here to get something to eat for when I’m a hurry. They dont ever get my order right plus when they try to give you a second try of food they don’t even try. Worst service!! Make sure to check your food before leaving.!
