They were supposed to open at 6 o’clock. Someone showed up at 6:03 and did the gesture that they were not gonna open right now to me that it’s bad business if you’re supposed to be able at six, you should be open at six. I don’t recommend going there

Update your card reader machines outside for the ability to tip…the past 2 times I’ve visited this location the outside screens are not working- the carhops should get paid more if the machines can’t take tips- I’ll remove when this is fixed

I can't believe that I ordered a large mozzarella stick and they brought 2 marina sauce and I asked for an extra and told me the limit is 2. I usually go to sonic 2 to 3 times a week. I will have to rethink this I'm tired of all there bs.

So, I've been to just about every Sonic in the Mesquite/Garland area. This Sonic is probably the worst I've ever been to. These carhops are rude and honestly act like they don't know where they're going or what they're doing.
My elderly grandmother and I ordered some food and I mean as soon as the girl answered, she was beyond rude. About halfway through our order, she turned to her manager and laughed. I don't think she even realized that I saw it, but I did. Never have I EVER experienced such a rude carhop.

Ordered for the first time at this location. Asked for 2 small iced vanilla coffee and they gave me the whole cup with ice and very little coffee. I didn't go back because I was already too far when I looked at my cup! Didn't think I'd have an issue with a beverage order!
