Worse experience ever since you order at kiosk. they act like they don't have to speak to you. They ignore you at counter. I HAD TO REACH BEHIND COUNTER TO GET SAUCE FOR NUGGETS. The girl working just watch me and wouldn't even help me get it. No napkins or straws given with order. Printer paper in kiosk so you couldn't even get receipt with order number on it. The employees act like robots with no customer service experience.

Avoid at all cost. Slow. But you do eventually get your food. The first is star is because the car hop lady was nice and was the only carhop during rush hour. The second star is because I pity them.

On Gus Thomason in mesquite employee was Eating fries while he was working then basically threw his drink in my car and spilled it everywhere because the lid wasn’t all the way on. He was was eating fries between 6:21pm and 6:23. Sonic owes me a driver seat. There’s blue ocean water all over my car and I believe the guy did it on purpose. He didn’t even care. He was wearing a red hoodie with his hoodie on. Black African American. Gave me the worst service ever

I like to dress sharp and go nice places like Sonic. My fat wife always eats too much food, especially when I get her the footlong chili cheese coney, onion ring treats and a couple of large Oreo Blast with whipped topping.

Absolutely zero customer service. They person on the speaker wouldn't speak loud enough that I could hear, he was too far away from the microphone. I gave him my order, when I said "yea that's it" he just put my total on the screen. Not a thank you, or here's your total, nothing. My son and I waited for our food. The girl came to deliver the food and didn't speak a word... Handed me the bags and walked off. I got home and my chicken strips were inedible...they were overcooked and tasted awful. The gravy was like pure water. The bread was hard and I got tots instead of fries when they didn't ask if that's what I wanted. This isn't the first unpleasant experience here, but I won't go back.

Ordered a ft long coney, well two. It was horrible. My husband was in the mood. The hot dog was gross tasting the bread was soggy on both. Ordered one large fry that was half full. This meal went in the trash.

Saddest burger ever. Dry, no flavor. Mine looked like it fell on the floor. Burger went to the trash! McDonald's would of been better. Dont waste your money on food here. Drinks are ok.

ok I had manger jojo call me he sells ice bags to me plus large cup of ice I go when he's not there his employees will not sell ice cup or Ice bags even if I got there early. mix up on service what go there only jojo there?
