The food was fine like always, but whoever was taking my order through the speaker was really rude. They just had an attitude for no reason and then when the carhop came out to my car, she just stood there didn’t say anything to me just was staring off into space I guess, I was waiting for her to speak like to say “ your order total is blah, blah blah” or “so you ordered this this and that” or SOMETHING. so I then told her the card machine isn’t working After about 30 seconds of awkward silence, so she just grabbed my card and walked off without saying a word still and then she came back with my card and just handed it to me and then handed me the food, looked just mad at the world and still didn’t say anything and then walked off. I think her name was like Esmeralda or something like that. I’m not too sure. She was a young Hispanic girl. She was just rude. And for what? And I also didn’t get a peppermint. Who doesn’t speak to the person they’re bringing out food too?

Quite literally the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. The servers are consistently slow, it shouldn’t take 15+ mins for an order of 2 drinks that was placed online to come to the car, even when they aren’t busy this is an issue, not to mention always rude as well. I have never had a decent experience at this location. I’m not expecting the heavens and earth because come on, it’s sonic, but at the very least i expect my order to be correct, my drinks not to be watered down, and my food not to be cold.

Horrible sonic, they run out of drinks, food, everything. They need to start making delivery services confirm they picked up the order before they give them the food. I've had my food stolen 3 times from Uber drivers here

Ordered route 44 slushie that was a 1/2 off special discounted to a total of $1.83 . I live across the street and walked to location only to find out transaction hadn't completed payment with credit card but I had the cash to cover transaction and both employees as well as manager could see the transaction on my phone but refused to complete sale even though I had money to purchase slushie. Manager said I had to pay $4.00 plus to buy drink. What kind of business acts this way to repeat customers???? Living literally across the street and buying from location a minimum of 4 times weekly I was appalled at the lack of customer service. The best advertising in the world is word of mouth, however the worst advertising in the world is also word of mouth.

Footnote, employee stated to other employee they were going to be accused of stealing, and even though I provided the online transaction to manager to confirm sale with money still no go.

Bottom line is : Your store already has a problem with shrinking inventory but the way to remedy the situation is not by running your loyal customers off to buy Burger King instead!!!

Every time I come here, I order ahead through the app,it takes them at least 20 to get my order out to me. I have never had this issue at any other location. Other people that come after me get their orders filled within minutes. It seems that online orders are completely ignored.

On two different occasions, I have ordered from my app, and after checking in at my stall and 30 minutes of sitting waiting for my drinks, nothing. When I paged them, it’s like they have no idea. Horrible. I don’t know that I will be back. Having cranky kids in the car having to wait 30 mins for a couple of drinks is absolutely ridiculous!

Update: after an additional 15 minutes of waiting for my slushy, I paged again and they refused to refund me my money. Absolutely ridiculous.
