Excellent service. The managers and staff are very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and the food, the desserts are delicious, I recommend it to go and have a nice time with the family.

I was here with my sister on a lunch date celebrating my birthday. The restaurant is clean, food is served hot and fresh, staff is polite and respectful . We met Alberto the manager and he stopped by our table to make sure we were good. He was very nice for doing that. The sweet lady who passes the rolls around always made sure we had fresh rolls and butter. It’s hard to find good restaurant nowadays with great customer service. And this one is well worth going with your family. If you need anything just ask and they will attend to your service. Alberto was always alert looking out for his customers. We will be back for sure, soon!
Hadn’t been to Spring Creek BBQ in a while and was in the area so we decided to stop by! My mom and I arrived a few minutes past the end of lunch and the entire staff was gracious enough to give us the lunch special despite the time! My mom got the ribs and I got the brisket, both were absolutely delicious but my favorite was the brisket. We got Mac and cheese, baked potato and the potato salad as our sides and all three were really good! Alberto, was super attentive and made sure all the tables were clean and checked in with the guests frequently. I definitely recommend you stop by and grab a tasty bite if you’re in the mood for BBQ! The blue bell ice cream is also a very nice Texan touch! :)

My mother and I were great on first of all with a smiling face from a gentleman behind the meat counter.... As we move to the vegetables another smiling face from a gentleman which was the manager Alberto served us our hot sides overall experience customer service and wonderful food and this was so important for my mother which is disabled it made her feel like she was in her own home it is a very family friendly cozy atmosphere which We adored... If you would like a wonderful experience and hot food and customer service with an A+ visit Spring Creek in Mesquite thanks to all the staff which was also very welcoming and polite ??

While I was ordering take out 2 kids come hurrying out of the kitchen to take a female employee back there and then the 2 guys come out again grabbing their heads in surprise and disgust saying there is a rat! They went to get someone of the line to show them. I naturally asked for my money back and then was told they were just kidding. No thanks, I don't believe it and if they were acting they're in the wrong business because I believed it!!!

We had not returned this location for 15 years, due to poor service, food quality. We arranged for b-party in the back, there was good service on the line, Mgr greeted us, waitress came around w/ fresh bread several times, bussed the table as we sat there, offered to get us more, too bad her shift end for us to tip her personally. We will be back soon! I did talk to Mgr and commented on how well we enjoyed this visit.

Nasty. If you like cold and unseasoned meat this is the place. At a bbq joint but you gotta pay/ask for the bbq sauce! Also after you spend $20+ on a super small plate of food you have to pay for a drink separately.
