First time ever trying Starbucks, and now I see why it's so popular.

I have been in different Starbucks locations with the excellent customer service team. But this Starbucks location are the worst customer service acting like they were busy doing nothing and at the time, I send my daughter there for some drinks they took there 🤬😤time to attended her for the order after that, where was a couple with a baby waiting for a barista to get there order too and after taking there order they still had my daughter waiting for a one more drink that is a dragon fruit lemonade. They need get fired and hire someone with better customer service.

Tables are dirty most of the time and the music they have is too loud

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced at a Starbucks location. I get the weather outside may not motivate you to want to work but don’t give bad customer service to paying customers. We had ordered a cheese danish and it was just thrown across the counter to us. The tall guy skinny guy making the drinks and the lady with dark hair and glasses with long bangs had the worst attitude making drinking. Upon thanking them for each drink no response was made. The white short lady with glasses terrible attitude taking orders and not helping customers who were picking up orders. She was sighing that I wanted to add a cheese danish to my order and seem irritated. If you can’t respect customers then don’t come to work

You're lucky if you get waited on in a timely manner. I waited 10 minutes after walking straight to the counter to put in my order. The baristas had to laugh and talk before doing their job.

Wonderful experience! Wyatt got me all set up for the long drive ahead of me. Very warm environment, with knowledgeable baristas ready to take care of you.

I came to study and stayed for about 2-3 hrs, the staff was kind, clean, had great team work, and worked fast. Loved watching them work togetger, and enjoyed the comforting atmosphere they've made for their customers. I'd originally gone to the one down the street next to the highschool, but after being there for an hour no one had cleaned any of the tables, the seats, floor and tables were sticky. So I decided to come to this one instead!

Girl at the front is super rude. Don’t know her name but she’s got blonde hair and glasses. Bad attitude and rude!

The Service is horrible here and they are so rude, me and my daughter had to walked away. Starbucks inside Target they treat their Customers way better.

The service is bad, the cashier and the other workers do not serve the customers well. They do not pay attention to their work, I had to wait more than half an hour for my order and I tried to speak to someone from them several times and they ignored my call...

Today going to Starbucks I had only a matcha latte in mind. As soon as I noticed the clearance section that was to my left I found a cup that I wanted to start my collection with. When I arrived to the front to pay for my cup & drink I noticed another basket of clearance cups. Micheal at the front was kind enough to assist with scanning 4 cups that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable with the particular questions I had. Last thing I requested of him was for him to choose one of the 4 cups to place my order in. Without skipping a beat he had a choice in mind. All around great team at this location and QUALITY service.

Usually the Coffe here is perfect today taste like water
