One brown sugar shaken espresso as it comes and one normal shaken espresso WITH cold foam
Here’s my drink with no foam and as you can tell there’s Cinnamon all in my drink as well. I can’t stand cinnamon. This was picked up for me so I didn’t see it until I got it but this is a complete waste

The employee did not prepare the two beverages correctly. When I expressed dissatisfaction about the excess milk, the shift manager responded by asking irrelevant questions about whether the drinks had been mixed. After I clarified that I had mixed them myself, he proceeded to explain how I should order the drinks in the future instead of addressing the issue at hand.
As a Client Services AVP for a multibillion-dollar enterprise, I understand the importance of client experience and accountability. Unfortunately, that level of service was not demonstrated here. The shift manager was neither apologetic nor empathetic and made no effort to correct the mistake. His condescending attitude, despite my clear disappointment, left me with no choice but to request a refund.
This experience reflected a lack of ownership and genuine customer care—qualities that are essential in any successful service environment. Starbucks, please invest in training your employees on customer service, emotional intelligence, and accountability.

I placed an online pickup order under my name for 4 drinks. I get there and the drinks are sitting there with no covers for the holes in the lids, nor were they in a cup holder. Where was the customer service? Why weren't they at least in a cupholder. How else was I to carryout 4 drinks? Very disappointing!!!!

I usually go to Starbucks on a regular basis and I always get my order pretty fast but today was the worst experience I have received by far I ordered one single mint majesty tea with 2 honeys when placing the order two employees made faces of disgust towards me and my family and I waited for over 20 minutes 7 orders after us got there order it wasn’t until I went up and asked for my drink that they then said it hasn’t been made.

This is one of the few Starbucks that I’ve been to that has bad customer service. The guy taking my order had an attitude and inputted my order incorrectly. Once I received my order another barista gave me an attitude when I kindly told her the drink was made incorrectly. I will avoid this starbucks as much as possible.

I walked in to get a delivery and was not even acknowledged. She cashier spoke to everyone but me I guess because I was the only black person in the there. It went on for about 2 minutes so I canceled the order and left zero out of ten would not recommend.

Always takes longer to get order, even mobile order, at this particular location. I've patronized about 10 different locations and this one, in my opinion, is the least desirable due to the time from placing order to completion. Sorry, that's just my observations.

When I arrived with my family not only was I met with the worst customer service, but they simply didn’t act like they wanted to do their job. I understand the workers being upset with people coming in the last thirty minutes but it is no excuse for their careless laziness, and forgetting drinks that I had already paid for. It is completely ridiculous and I will not be revisiting this store unless there’s a change in the environment and staff’s hospitality. Not to mention that my drinks tastes like straight milk, if I wanted that shit I’d go to the grocery store.
