Pulled up 5 minutes before closing and was refused service because they said they were “closed.” I asked what time they close and was told 8:00. I pointed out it was 7:55, and the response was basically, “We still have orders we’re working on.”
If you close at 8:00, then you close at 8:00—not 7:55. I get being busy, but turning customers away early and calling it “closed” is bad customer service. Either update your posted hours or honor them.

I want to say shoutout to Emily for being an amazing Barista!!! She was working by herself on Sunday and she had a line of people but was very calm and friendly while preparing drinks for clients. She had my order really quick and was super kind! I also want to say the team is super sweet and friendly!!! They hands down make the best drinks!!!! These girls need a raise!!! ❤️

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Persia and Taylor! Both of these ladies went above and beyond with their customer service yesterday (2/1/25). Even though they were cleaning up and getting ready to close, they still took the time to make out children’s (4) Frappuccinos just the way they like them—extra sweet, of course! They really made our KIDS day special, and it speaks volumes about their dedication. You could tell they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for making our day so much brighter, and for your amazing service!

Horrible customer service. Sun was on her personal phone the whole time we were placing our order. The other girls were just standing around talking and on their phones. While we waited, we saw her raise her voice at another customer placing an order. Zero patience!

We stood there for ten minutes, no other customers in line in front of us. The girls behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us. They were to busy talking to each other, screaming “UUUGGGHHHH”, and slamming things in the sink. One of the girls had her under things showing out of her jeans. We ended up just leaving. If I could give zero stars, I would.

some employees should take a tolerance and xenophobia course (a blonde girl) also we asked her what the minimum price was to recharge a card. She said 100 dollars! She was rude.

Lady with long blonde ponytail (Asian or mixed) couldn’t get a name bc she wasn’t wearing a badge but was very unprofessional and rude when taking my order like she had a chip in her shoulder. After someone was nice to you there’s no reason to act like that. Rude for no reason.
I ordered a regular coffee with regular milk and Splenda and it couldn't be that they didn't add milk or sugar to the coffee and to make matters worse they gave me a glass that broke due to the heat of the coffee, I'm halfway there with the coffee spilled and the bread all over It's fucking cold, they gave it to me, it's the third time I've gone and they gave me everything wrong. I don't recommend Starbucks at all, don't waste your money.
