Caramel Crunch Frappe with zero crunch… like be so for real. I did not pay for a whip cream smoothie. Inconsistency is so consistent now days..

I’m writing this review because I had an encounter with a guy named Roy. I had ordered a strawberry matcha, and I forgot that it came with regular milk. I went up to the counter to confirm the milk it came with, and because the drink had already been made, and it was my fault for not asking for alternative milk, I didn’t want to bother to make another drink.
We ordered to stay at the Starbucks. Well, Roy noticed we weren’t drinking the matcha. So he had another one made for us with alternative milk. It was an INCREDIBLY KIND gesture of him! Thank you Roy!

Manager couldn't accept a $50 bill because they didn't go to the bank.How is that my fault. So now. Couldn't get my order because they don't know how to go to the bank

I have officially had my last Starbucks coffee. I can't keep paying $10+ for nothing but a full cup of ice and 2 drops of coffee. And this location keeps doing that to me. And I don't know how many times I've altered my drink ingredients and it still keeps tasting as sweet as candy!

My wife wanted Starbucks so I found this one in the area. I ordered a mocha frapucinno. When I went to pay at the drive through I didn't know that they have the tip screen when they ask you to pay. I think it's annoying that a lot of these drive thru places all want a tip for doing their job. Tipping is fine if you're at a sit down restaurant and you actually have a person serving you.
Just waited 15 minutes in this line and then we get to the speaker and another 5 minutes before I said hello? Then a guy says hello what can I get you. Then laughs. Laughs like seriously is this a joke having us wait and not even greet and say to hold on or anything. Disgusting service. 11:44 am on Sunday, fire that goof. I left because hell no they weren’t going to make my drink right if they playing around like that with customers. Playing with time too.

Ordered from here, not happy at all. I ordered a Double smoked bacon sandwich. Because I wanted a croissant AND bacon. Order got here and I got the sausage sandwich. I was really upset. I will say whoever I spoke to on the phone was very polite. So if they read this you did nothing wrong, you were very polite on the phone. Please make sure orders are correct before sending them out.

☕Today Wednesday morning(2/19/25). Thankful these ladies and gents came in to work today so I could have my chai. They happened to forget my whip cream and cinnamon ( very busy atm) but it was no problem. They obliged me and gave it to me on the side in a smL cup. They actually offered to remake my drink but I didnt want to waste the one in my hand. I think they deserve more credit. These young folks were here for me despite this bone chilling freeze. I wish I could've caught their names. It was a very polite blk lady with braids, a white lady and a blk gentleman. Think I'll make this my fave Starbucks. I am thankful to God to be able to have this luxury. 5stars.
