Horrible service! I had a pick up order I came early my fault but the male barista lmk it was gonna be a 2 min wait I drove to the drive through to wait (there’s was more people behind me) and young lady asked if I payed and let her know I had a pick order and the name and the male barista pale skin black hair came with an attitude yelling that it was gonna be a wait already knowing that obviously and did my order wrong!! So unprofessional.

Young lady at this counter today February 19, 2025 at 3:45pm was EXTREMELY rude. Did NOT greet me at. Then after placing order I asked for a spoon and she stated stir sticks are over there and just walked away (like really). I had to get her attention because I wanted a spoon for a reason. She was just all around RUDE and shouldn’t be in any type of customer service! Also the restaurant was not busy at all. I was the only one at the counter. So there was no reason for this type of service!!!

Very poorly run operation. Ordered pink drink and iced matcha latte. Takes 1 min to make. 30 minutes later! We got the drinks. They really care about mobile orders though. Stopped everything to get mobile orders done. Don’t go inside! Spare yourself the waiting! Not joking about the wait time literally to the minute. Commented when I picked up my drink and no one cared! Wanted to report to Starbucks website, but they make it hard to leave a comment now. 6 associates and it is just sad.

I come here almost daily and they always make my drink the way I love. Today Daisy was super friendly and understanding after my daughter made a mistake with my online order and she just stepped up to fix it for me. Everyone is always so friendly and professional and the place is always clean thank you

This is the last time I go to Starbucks! As we were waiting for our order he decided we didn’t run up to the counter fast enough to grab one part of our order so he threw it on the counter. It’s so disrespectful to have your food thrown, and then to laugh about it afterwards with another coworker stating we weren’t paying attention when he was literally only standing there for 5 seconds is ridiculous to me! If you don’t like your job go find an actual career rather than treat people bad! I will be taking my business elsewhere where I can see why Dutch Bros has more service than Starbucks does!

Absolutely horrible service and only tried it once. They completely lost our order from the drive through being the second car. Then charged us for someone else’s order which was triple our charge. Then when we tried to ask the lady at the window what was going on this isn’t the cost of our order she just shut the window on us. Then when she opens it she gives us change for the amount of triple amount charge not the amount we were owed. When we tried to explain the basic math of this cause she wasn’t understanding she calls her manager over to tell us to stop raising our voice when all we were doing was asking what’s going on. The manager clearly didn’t know how to handle to situation cause all she could say was stop raising your voice when no one was. Which resulted in not feeling heard or even felt like she wanted to figure out the problem. Not once did this manager say what is the problem let’s try to fix it, she only knew out to say stop raising your voice. Which makes me assume she knew they messed up and just didn’t want to admit it. All we wanting was someone to talk to us, we know mistakes happen and weren’t even mad about it. What we did not like was being ignored and no communication to fix it at all. So disappointed and someone needs to really reevaluate this person in management who does not know what she’s doing.

Ordered 2 chocolate croissants and one caramel macchiato. Coffee is flavorless and croissants came full of chocolate on the outside of the package . Unacceptable.
