Super bad service, went there this morning and me and this lady had the same name and drink accidentally got her order and apologized. Barista then continued to make fun of me with her coworkers and say “don’t act stupid” super unprofessional I’ll be going back tomorrow to talk to the manager I didn’t get the chance to see the baristas name, but I’m sure if she is there tomorrow I will call her out.

At the order window i ordered my drink and food the order was correct on the screen.Sat in the drive through for over 10 mintues just to get to the to no have my sandwich and then try to recharge me. I left without my food.. then I called to explain and the manager act like he didn’t care.

When I arrived with my family not only was I met with the worst customer service, but they simply didn’t act like they wanted to do their job. I understand the workers being upset with people coming in the last thirty minutes but it is no excuse for their careless laziness, and forgetting drinks that I had already paid for. It is completely ridiculous and I will not be revisiting this store unless there’s a change in the environment and staff’s hospitality. Not to mention that my drinks tastes like straight milk, if I wanted that shit I’d go to the grocery store.

The employees dont want to be there lol. We came in and ordered 3 drinks and they handed 2 almost instantly then had us waiting on our third drink. They started making other peoples drinks then when they handed us our exact drink, they take it away from our cup holder that was in my hand and give it to somebody behind me with the same order. They had time to make the drink of someone who came after us but not ours that was the same drink???? Anyway so were waiting and waiting and Oby asks us what were waiting on we tell him and he tells us it wasnt something they had on their side. And finally after standing there for 20 minutes waiting, we got our drink. The employees were sassy especially Oby he gave us some stank eye when we were waiting on our receipt.

I found my experience there quite lovely the atmosphere the people and the drinks , one thing is the lady came in with her service dog and it was getting all over the counter I’m not to sure it was an “actual service dog” but the staff handled it well the lady was being very rude to the staff I recommend making your own coffee and staying away from the service workers who pour there blood and sweat to make those AMAZING drinks .

The barista 【Daisy】 is the WORST and the RUDEST and the LEAST service animal friendly person I’ve ever met in Starbucks. I walked in a very quiet morning, not busy at all. She placed the order and then just walk away. So I helped myself scan my membership bar code cross counter chaos and pay. But it didn’t go thru. I let her try again and she did the exactly same thing. Placed the order and walked away!!! And I related scanning the code but it didn’t go thru because she has to lift that scanner and push process button after it. She’s getting annoyed. And I brought my service animal. She kept warning me of my SA. And asked I have to leave if she is not a service animal. LOL. Daisy. Hope you enjoy your life instead of making people angry in a happy morning about your low quality service and don’t bring your pathetic life lacking passion to your work.

Update July 2025. Whoops. Product rating had to change when I ordered a Tall Pike coffee, it was FULL of grounds when I got to the end, I discovered the reason for my coughing.

DO NOT GET MATCHAS FROM HERE!!! I repeat DO NOT! Ive got one like every other day hoping it will be different but nope. I pay like $2 more adding more scoops of matcha for color and obv taste to it and it’s alway more milk and looks lighter each time. Definitely a waste of money! Please get it together! & its only this location in mesquite.

Horrible!Horrible! My strawberry drink tasted like caramel. My caramel drink tasted like mocha. It’s as if they are not washing the utensils. The floor was filthy . I went in to get my caramel drink remade and was told the didn’t have the ingredients to make it. If that’s the case then they made my drink with their own substitutions. I called before I went back and they tried turning me away saying I didn’t call. There is a Starbucks a few blocks up the street . I recommend you go there. The people here were extremely rude. A bunch of young kids that are not trained in customer service. They were making faces like I’m a bother. These drinks are not cheap. And to get treated the way I was… HORRIBLE. I ordered 6 drinks because I have a big family. I won’t be coming back here.
