There are two subways near my job. One is a quarter mile away, one is 4 miles away. I drive by the first one to go to the one that’s further away simply so I can be at the one where Liz is making my sandwich. Don’t ever get rid of Liz, she’s awesome.

I recently visited this location. The young men working very polite and have good customer service. This review is strictly about the Doritos Nachos... Let's start by saying the commercials and the pics of the Doritos Nachos are false advertisements. This is one 2.49 bag of Doritos, and that's it. It was literally no chips in some places and just a small piece of chicken and drowned in melted cheese. You get more melted cheese and some kind of chipotle cheese than anything else. The one bag didn't even fill up this long box they put it in. I was so disappointed in this menu item. The chicken was good, and that's all that was good. Don't waste your money on this menu item.

Ordered 1 sandwich through the app at 8:15 to be ready by 8:35. NOPE wife shows up food hasn't even been made yet and order has been there for over 20 minutes. Oh but worker will make customer who just walked in before the order that should've been done already.

I usually order at this subway but major props to the two guys behind the counter working. There was such a huge line but they were able to get through people’s order. Both were locked in they deserve a raise

We came in for lunch and at first glance restaurant was tidy and clean. The women behind the counter Eliza was very nice and very prompt and efficient with a great attitude.

Every single time the food is fresh and the staff are Amazing! This location can get a lil busy but the staff get thru it cuz they All seem to work so well together! Really impressed, the Lady with tattoos happens to be my fave but again this location is my fave. Its not the closest to me but I go cuz I've had perfect food and perfect service every single time !! Thanks yall!! ;)
Horrible customer service. I made a pick up order online on 3/14/25 at 1pm when I got back to work I notice they made 2 of the 3 sandwiches wrong so I called back up there upset about my order being wrong and ask to speak to the manager and all she can say is that she was busy and for me to lose my attitude. Lol who wouldn’t have an attitude with a person who knows nothing about customer service. She ended up hanging up on me!! The manager there is nice but not sure about who they hire there. The lady who gave horrible customer service had big pink ear spacer earrings so if you see her just know she will get your order wrong and you are better off going to another location.

There was a little Hispanic lady making at least 7 sandwiches when I came in today! Even though she was working hard and fast she was the sweetest thing ever 💕 this is the reason I will come back . The subway on Cartwright is by far the worst. Thank u Ms lady I wish I would have got her name ☺️

I placed an order through DoorDash and my dasher informed me that the employee at this Subway did not include my drink or side with my order when they gave it to him. Nor did they express to him that they were out of either item. Very disappointed.
