The manager in the morning through afternoon shift is great with a great attitude. The rest of the younger people are just there, but get the job done.Vegetarian options: Mix and match the veggies to you liking, lots of choice.Dietary restrictions: Jared lost weight on it.pick the right combination and you can stay in your calorie count while still hitting those macrosParking: Not alot of parking spots but not that bad either. It's one of those grab and go places.

Order via UE while working from home, so lunch was at 11:30a.m.The sandwich looked prefectly wrapped but once opened, it was the ugliest sloppiest sandwich ever.The bread was stale and smashed up, it was 4 inches and not 6 inches, the veggies I requested was not in there, no pepper jack cheese but a mess load of ranch dressing spewing out.Just ruined my entire day!

My son ate a cheesesteak sub last night and it gave him a terrible indigestion, we had to take him to urgent care because of how bad it was. There was definitely not a fresh ingredient in the sandwich.

I always have a horrible experience when I go to this location. Either they don't have something or the vegetables or old. One time I went there and the staff member asked my husband and I to drive him to the bitcoin location to deposit thousands of dollars. We agreed but we were very uncomfortable. My most recent experience was an online order, I ordered at this location by accident and called 30 seconds later to cancel the order, the person on the phone let me on hold for 20 minutes so I decided to drive there, once I got there, no would could tell me how to cancel my order and get a refund. I asked for the District Manager number but the District Manager would not speak to me and only the speak to the worker. I waited for over an hour before leaving the store and my problem was never resolved. Don't go to this location, please go to the one on Collins St, the food is fresh and the service is SOOOO much better. The District Manager does not deserve his/her title.

The manager is awesome. My son plays for Mesquite high so I order him food on Thursdays I only get a 15 min window for break to do so since I WFH. Well I placed an order n like always something distracted me n I never submitted the order that morning, all the way thru. I asked for my order n then I realized I never completed it. I think she can tell from my face that I eff up. Well she definitely was very quick n efficient n I loved it. I really appreciated her, she took care of me even thou she did nothing wrong! And the other times I saw her moving quick to take care of orders.

They serve old cookies. In the display case, none of them looked appetizing, but I got some anyway. One of them was kind of edible, but the other one I had to spit out and throw away. I still have a bad taste in my mouth.

I have been going to this subway for a long time. But the last 3 times I've ordered pick up in the evening the sandwich is always wrong. Wrong bread, wrong sauce, wrong veggies, asked for avocado, and it doesn't make it on the sandwich. It's the same guy, too.If you are ordering pick up, then go somewhere else. The guy there now can not figure out how to make a sandwich correctly without you going there and staring at him.

Will be going out of my way to go to ANY other subway location over this one. Terrible experience every single time! We have been turned away multiple times because they won't accept card payments. Multiple orders from here have been wrong or lacking ingredients. We've also ordered for delivery and only received part of our order. I finally contacted them for a refund and to make up for their mistakes they sent me a whopping $5 gift card. While I appreciate it, this doesn't cover anything. Go to any other location! Absolutely do not recommend this subway!
