They need real people who are known to rub subway! Veggies are bad and not good they give you 10 spinach leaves on a foot long they count every thing that’s problem why the veggies are gone bad. It’s not student fault but REAL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO COME IN. I have no choice but to call food service inspection not healthy at all. No one washes hands it’s so sad.

Price increased significantly. I’m not paying $13 for a sandwich, no drink no chips no cookies. $13 Just a turkey sandwich?? Ridiculous.

UPDATE: This SubWay is getting much much better since that unpleasant experience last summer. The manager and the people working here are actually very friendly most of the time so why judge by one bad experience? To top it off, they always have the ingredients for my favorite sub sandwich in stock. The only downside: it takes a little while to get through the queue.

Was over charged for my food i ordered a meatball marinara and was charged for a stake and cheese sub which cost 3$ more. Then the cashier asked me if i can tip them. Then he did not want to give me my receipt. Be very careful and make sure you get your receipt. After getting my receipt and asking to speak to the manager of the store. He takes me to a separate register and rings up the order and see it shows I should have paid 15$ not the 18$ I was charged. But then he immediately changes it back to the stake and cheese and adds the extras I put and then tries to act like it was rung up right. Not knowing I can see everything he is doing on the small screen on my side... so not only are the employees shady but so is the manager.

This is THE WORST SUBWAY EVER!Manager named "Cam" (if that's even her real name) argued and had an attitude because I decided not to buy the meal anymore (their Google pay didn't work). When I said I didn't want it anymore, she said "you're still going to pay for it anyways". I ended up eating it because I had no choice. And then as I left the restaurant, she gives me the rudest, snakrkiest, most sarcastic "have a nice day" I've ever heard in my 23 years. If you're going to be so rude and snarky, just cuss me out instead, it would be a lot easier. Cam acts like 18 dollars worth of food waste will bring the business down. I'll tell you what WILL bring your business down: being rude and disrespectful towards potential customers (in other words, being like "Cam"). It's time to shut this place down.Corporate number, please!

I work at Eastfield, and this eatery is located within the college. I can say that the owner of the establishment is a husband and wife team, and they have been dedicated for many years - not only serving students high quality food, but also hiring many of the students that attend the college. I believe that their mission goes beyond just profit and sales and I am very happy that this restaurant is located in the college! The food overall is normal Subway standard food. They also have a pizzeria which gives students different options. The one fascinating thing about this Subway, is the students themselves. I have learned how to make so many different combinations of food just by watching the students come up with unique ideas.
