Waited 30 plus minutes for my food whats the point of ordering early on the app if I cant even get one sandwhich made in a timely manner , rude staff as well didnt even get my food in the end.

I feel like the lady/customer service there is unsatisfactory. The Women’s restroom was out of order and locked, with no sign in the door mind you. So the gentleman there said you can wise the men’s and let me just say it was disgusting. I have a video. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Gross 🤮.

Kinda smells when u walk in (not like subway) and they had no ice for the drinks and there was gnats flying all around. Needs new management!!!!
Just came in at 9:01pm looked at hours on the window says they close until 9:30pm today 07/02/25 once inside the guy tells me they are closed and i told him what your sign says 9:30pm and he said yeah but are already closed i told him well you need to change your sign and have your door locked not like he was doing anything he was just on his phone not even cleaning or anything to make it seem they were closed like get it together subway!

I placed an online order that I never received, yet the payment was taken from my account. When I reached out, I was told that if I reordered, I would not receive the original online discount.
This is unfair and unacceptable. I either need a full refund or the original order fulfilled with the original discount applied.

The location hours listed in the app and on the store door aren't correct. I was able to place an online order at 7:55pm cst on a Saturday 04/05/1025 and the website says they close at 9pm cst and in app. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order at 8:03 they said they didn't receive my order and nothing came through, but the app said it was confirmed and in process. I was told the hours were wrong and they close at 8:00pm cst on a Saturday. When I asked how to cancel my order or how to request a refund I was told to do so in app. As I stood there looking for the option I advised by the two store workers it wasn't an option. I asked for the managers number and called. The manager lied and said since the order didn't print out that I would recieve a refund in 48hrs. A week later a no refund. The poor customer service recieved from the in store workers, the lack of in app support, and the lack of support for the manager is unacceptable. I won't be visiting this location again

It ridiculous go into store before 7 and the employees are saying they are closed. Keep in mind the hours posted are that they are open until 9pm not 7pm. This isn't the frist time this has happened.
