I love subway, but this locate made me hate subway they unsanitary don’t change their gloves after they touch other objects, & their soda machine had 20 nets/flies around it. I never seen them wash their hands. They just put on their gloves. I will never eat at this locate again or go to a subway for awhile

Do not waste your money on the footlong pretzels. It doesn't taste like pretzels. It got hard like a stone after few minutes, the lady working as one of the managers will refuse a return. I have not seen pretzels taste so bad as this one. I have not seen a business refusing return of bad item.

Horrible! I walked in, no one greeted me as I awkwardly stood there looking at an employee... he then said to someone in the back... "there's a customer here, you want to get that".. the other employee said "no". Then he said, "I wasn't asking you, I was telling you". The guy finally came to make my sandwich, I literally asked him to put gloves on before he did. I asked to talk to a manager.. he came, I asked him if he could just make it, and the long blonde haired manager literally told me "No", that he was busy!!! Worst experience ever.

The encounter left me feeling dissatisfied and disheartened, especially considering it was my first experience at a Subway restaurant.I would like to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior of a specific staff member, a brunette employee with a short haircut. Throughout my interaction with this individual, they displayed a consistently rude and impolite attitude towards me. Their demeanor seemed as if they were doing me a favor by serving me, and their communication was devoid of basic courtesy.As a customer, I believe it is imperative to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this particular employee's behavior not only dampened my mood but also greatly affected my overall dining experience. Such negative encounters not only tarnish the reputation of your establishment but also diminish one's appetite.I hold Subway in high regard and believe in the importance of maintaining high customer service standards. Therefore, I kindly request that you take this complaint seriously and thoroughly investigate the matter.
