Every time I come here they never answer the drive through! I pulled up to the window to pick up my mobile order and since no one answered I pulled up to the window the man working tonight signaled to come inside. I don’t understand why they never cater to drive through. If I could give a zero star I would.

Got food poisoning from this place today. Late last night got dinner from here. In the morning…. My stomach was feeling off, but my 10:00 AM I was puking and having super frequent bowel movements. Will never eat here again

I ordered from the website and went to pick it up, but the system voided my order and I was charged for the order. I went inside the store and showed the clerk that the order was voided by the system and the charge on my card off my phone. Using her phone she was using her phone to translate to me that she couldn’t do anything without the receipt. I ended up ordering it in the store, but at a higher price than online. I have been calling the store all morning to talk with a manager, but no one is answering the phone! I went through the website and had to chat, but still no response. I’m very frustrated with Subways response, and though it is not much money, I still want what I was charged back! I also usually give positive Google reviews, but in this case, I will not leave a positive review unless I hear from someone!

This used to be my favorite subway. No more. Ordered over the app and they made both sandwiches wrong. Hardly put anything on them. 4 slices of their paper thin meat on both footlongs and all the veggies were wrong. I tried to call and complain but they don't even answer the phone.

Ordered on the app at 5:00pm for a 5:25 pickup. Had to wait until almost 6 to get my sandwiches. Ran out of bacon and didn’t mark it off in the app. Don’t expect speed from this location.

Ordered two sandwiches for pick up, my wife and I thought they literally forgot to put the meat on there. They basically half assed the entire sandwich by missing the correct servings. Where is the meat??? No wonder this location is ALWAYS EMPTY, I found the worst subway!!! I’m never coming back to this location!!
