Steak & provolone on the cheese herb bread, toasted then add the salad on top! They took away the creamy Italian so I get it topped off with the Vandalia onion dressing.
I saw they have turkey & dressing for Thanksgiving.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not only did they mess up my food. But the lady working that night was on the phone with her manger talking crap about me in Spanish for asking her to re make it thinking I didn’t understand. Horrible customer services. If she hadn’t talked all that crap about me I wouldn’t have cared that they made it wrong we’re all people we make mistakes, but the fact that she thought I didn’t understand Spanish give her the right to say all that horrible stuff.

They cut the cucumbers like if them out their paycheck, asked for more then the old lady puts two and gets frustrated when I asked for more lettuce???

I clearly told them exactly what I wanted to order. I never touched any chips or opened the cooler. I specifically asked for a footlong churro and three cookies—nothing more. When I explained how I wanted my cookies, the employee was very disrespectful. My total came to $14, but when I checked the receipt, I saw I had been overcharged for two bags of chips and two sodas that I never ordered. Then the cashier had the audacity to ask if I wanted to keep the chips and drink. If I wanted them, I would have ordered them in the first place.
When it came time for a refund, the employee, Liz, was clearly unprepared and unprofessional. She tried to give me cash, even though I had paid with a card. I told her I didn’t want cash, but she responded with attitude, as if the mistake wasn’t her fault. To make matters worse, she refused to refund the amount to my card and insisted the refund had to be in cash. Meanwhile, another employee, Heather, kept staring at me uncomfortably, even though I never interacted with her.
The whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied. However, after I reluctantly accepted the cash refund, Liz loosened up towards the end. All of a sudden, she became nice and more chill.

terrible customer service. If I ask for something specifically do not give me something that I did not ask for and tell me it taste similar to what I asked for. That is not how you do business nor does that save people time coming to fast food.
Do not allow your teenage children to work at this establishment! When they see that their employees are no longer needed they don’t give them any verbal nor written notice beforehand, they will send them a text message that they are no longer needed. Who does this?!!!
The management is terrible. Maria and Willie are unprofessional, rude, and lack people management skills. It seems like they were trained by the store manager Dan, who is also not much better. They never have any adults working there, as they prefer to work morning shifts and leave the kids there unsupervised. I had to intervene to protect my son from a man who was harassing him, and the management did nothing to help. When I brought this issue up with Maria and Dan, Dan seemed more concerned about losing customers than ensuring the safety of his employees. This subway has a high turnover rate and I clearly now see why.
