I just went to get me a steak sandwich and the lady was making my food and I seen a roach crawling across the chopping board. She wanted to ask me what else did I want on my sandwich and I seen her rush the roach off the board. I won’t be back.

Alma Grijalba, who is the manger had terrible attitude and customer service. Upon request of veggies she gave attitude and said to go else where if I wasn’t content with what I was requesting.

The lady at this subway has a attitude when I try to use a coupon. I was told that I couldn't use the coupon that expired on 10-11-2025. She said that the coupon wasn't valid without checking first. She turn done a lot of customer that had the same coupon. I have to drive way across to another Subway because her attitude. The other Subway check the coupon and it work and I made my purchase. That was a waste of my time and gas to travel to the next Subway because I was treated unfairly along with the other customers. I will not go back to this place again. This was the first time I been back to Subway in a year are more and get treated this way.

This location is horrible, never read direction on online order. Never right description on order so i have to open all sandwiches to figure which is which, I usually order 8 sandwiches. They never toast it, they never put correct ingredients. This is the 6 or 7th time it has happened, done ordering from them if they can not hire right help
Our sandwiches were made just like we like them. So stuffed with vegtthat you can't hardly shut them. We ordered to go.

this is my familys first bad experience at a subway man this guy was so polite taking are orders when all of a sudden there was this girl we dont know if it was a guy told the guy that made are sandwiches to not let us eat dine in after that the lady or guy was trying to explain tm things we already knew so at that point we was just hungry and this guy proceeds to make us look like we dumb over a happy gilmore cup.. then after we payed he had gave us trays and thought we were gonna eat there after he js told the guy that was serving us that we couldnt eat there at that point they had bad customer service i do not recommened this subway at all we didnt feel comfortable even standing inside of that subway at that point we didnt wanna be somewhere where we felt that they didnt want to serve us or just feel disrespected i beg do not go here!!

The ONLY thing I liked about this Subway is that you can see the meats. I've gone to 2 different Subways and they have a metal top which covers the view of the meats. Food was ok. Customer service by an older lady felt dragging. One young guy, he was ok. Both of them didnt understand when I asked for both bistek AND ham to go on my 6'. Even after I pointed at both meats. Had to ask for it like 3 times.

I went in and the server was super sweet in the beginning and then she asked me what I wanted and I said a veggie delight and while she asked me she was touching the meat and she continued to serve me the bread with the same gloves. I dint say anything at first but then when she asked for cheese and before touching the cheese she touched bacon and ham and I asked her politely if she could change her gloves and from then on she was making faces and was the opposite of sweet. Once she put the bread to toast she went to check on the breads that were being made in the oven next to the toaster and she moved stuff over hear and there and chose to use the same gloves to put veggies in my sandwich. So unhygienic and unprofessional.

The employees here should change their gloves out every time they make a sandwich. The app is also at fault for not being able to request special instructions for cases like mine. I have a severe pork and spinach allergy which if you’ve been to subway you know they sell. I’m pretty sensitive to cross contamination causing my throat to close up making it difficult for myself to breathe as well as rashes which come up and burn a lot. My sandwich itself was fine other than that and the atmosphere was pretty good they were playing one of my favorite creed songs. Can’t excuse the hygiene practices though, the franchise owner should push for changing the gloves out everytime they make a new sandwich as this could possibly hospitalize or lead to someone passing away.
