There is an amazing older black lady in the morning. She is just wonderful providing the BEST customer service. She always makes sure she is giving the right orders. I really appreciate that, not many places have good customers service. The food in the morning is always well made.
Tacos cold, I ordered two 12 pack Cinnabon bites I'm which one pack inside was frozen & other pack over cooked. I tried to call to complain & request a refund or replacement as I didn't feeling like driving back but no one answered the phone. My order # 209. I ordered this for my kids. This is exactly why I don't do fast foods.
We had to leave here to go next door to eat at GOLDEN CHICK!!!!! We walk in and people at the Kisok ordering food! Me and my family go to counter to order and was told go order on the kisok trying to use that instead of the counter!!! So we walked out!!! WHY would you not take our order, when there was people on the kiosk getting their order. That was so stupid and LAZY!!! So you lost a sale!!!

Me and my wife just went through the drive-through and got two burritos with extra cheese and extra sauce and no onions get the burritos and it was all beans. Take them in to have them fix it and the guy in the back had a problem with it and you thought he was being funny by over putting the extra sauce on the burritos so then they were hard to eatnever go to this Taco Bell. I would suggest anyone to go there.

I’m not sure when the bad service at this location started but it clearly is becoming consistent as I view other reviews. I was waiting in the drive through line for over 10 minutes. I decided to reverse out and walk in and waited about 5-7 minutes before someone asked me if I had been helped. I told her I was trying to order and pointed to screens behind me that I didn’t even know was there and said “could you please order over there?”. I asked, “am I not able to order here”? and she said no. I literally walked out because I already saw from other customers that I would’ve had to wait even longer and at this point I didn’t even want Taco Bell anymore.

I had a mobile order and can someone tell me why I get my food and someone decides to write this on my drink. Completely ruined my experience and don’t know if I can trust them to make my food anymore.The employee tells me it was supposed to be a joke because it was a long work day. You’re in the customer service business and you decide to write a clowns name on my drink to make fun of my name.
I like this taco bell. I will say their service is not great since, it's a kiosk only situation most of the time but it doesn't bother me - the food is fine like any other taco bell.

Place is horrible ever time I go they don’t get my order right I m missing 2 items . They never have ice ether . I told the person I am missing stuff she said it’s in the bag and let me tell it was not I paid 68 dollars .I f you don’t like your job just leave . Worse customer service.
