It seems to always be something with this Taco Bell location I stay in the gated community across the street and the running joke in the community is how long is it gonna take for them to finally close this Taco Bell down because everybody’s order is always wrong. Just went in a drive-through and ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito, light beans and they never really put too much sour cream and three cheese blend so I always get extra on the side. Look at the receipt they charge $.95 for sour cream and $.85 for three cheese on the side look at the containers. Why aren’t they filled up? As the person to drive-through to, please fill the containers up, they came back and was told by their manager, Jennifer that they cannot fill them up. While at the same time I have my daughter open up my burrito. The burrito is completely wrong. 😤It’s not a grilled cheese burrito (inside probably was completely wrong too) so I handed it back to the drive-through worker for them to remake it correctly. Ask To speak with Jennifer, the shift manager …asked her can I get my sour cream and Shredded cheese containers filled all the way up to the top like I generally receive and told her there’s no consistency that if I’m paying almost 2 dollars both containers should be filled. She refused even though they just messed up my order that should’ve just been a common courtesy. Was about to just get a complete refund, but I just don’t trust that they will send the money back to my account. I get home open up my burrito. It’s still made wrong. Here’s the inside of the burrito. Look at the image below on what is included in the grilled cheese burrito. Do you see any chips, no sour cream, no chipotle sauce 😡no 3 cheese blend just looks like nacho cheese, rice and beans . If u see it let me know. (I’ll WAIT ) At this point it’s a laughing joke of the community . I’m vegetarian So its already limited on certain places that I can eat with fast food so when I do go somewhere, I want my food right and you can see this burrito is wrong wrong wrong & I’m not taking it back . Customer service is a LOST ART . I Will not be returning. I’m sure the community meeting they’ll get a good laugh out of this since we all seem to swap stories about Taco Bell. Irritating 😤 Corporate do better . From management on down.

I did a last minute order for my hs marching band. The app was down do to storm, so I came in and the staff thought I was joking when I ordered 21 party packs. Very calmly they got to work and worked quickly and as I sat in the lobby waiting they all shared roles with drive through and other in coming orders. Thank you Melvin, Jonathan, Matthew, Tyler, and Glenn, Yall Rock!!!

It's been more than TWO TIMES already that they DID NOT PUT my actual food order in my to-go bag during drive-thru!!!! They are not checking the receipt orders which made me very angry. Please put all the food orders in CORRECTLY by double checking the customer's order!!!! The employees are NOT being supervised from their CARELESS mistakes. 1/10 POOR SERIVCE RATING. Fix this problem immediately!!!! 😠😠

I always like coming to this Taco Bell. But every time I order a burrito, the amount they put in always changes. Sometimes I have a fat burrito, and sometimes I have a very skinny one with barely any meat. Other than that, the service was okay.

I like how employees working at love to play around and rub there gloves on there clothes and go back to cooking and act like no is watching them that’s very gross that cooker handling food should know in a fast food restaurant you are to change your gloves after touching your or anything else but I forgot young and 20th don’t care and employees that has been working for a period of time should know there own menu unless your but that’s not the case to night. I refuse to come back here I’ll take my business somewhere else mangers need to retrained there employees

Who ever runs the night shift kinda sucks at their job… especially young workers at night i hope something happens to make this chain better if not then most likely going to be corporate complaints. This will be forced for lack of service and quality of the company, i hope for better improvements…

This Taco Bell sometimes lets me down. I’ve gotten a chalupa with almost nothing in it. Soggy crunchy wraps. But for the most part they are pretty good. They always pay attention to my substitutes and special requests. They actually answer the phone unlike most places in the area if you need to call for some reason. They never have unsweet tea fyi.
Today I tried their fried chicken which is why I’m leaving a review. Gotta say that stuff is bomb! Much better than expected. Chicken was juicy and real tasting (not like Wendy’s or BQ). They were crispy and flavorful for the breading. My only complaint is that it is Taco Bell. The sauces aren’t what you necessarily want with a good fried chicken. They definitely need to add a buffalo option.
Either way I’m super happy with the chicken. And 8 out of 10 happy with the food I get from this location
Vegetarian options: There are very good about substituting beef for beans which as a former vegetarian I truly appreciate. Never once have they not done requested substitute
