Watched a young man having issues with the order system. One employee briefly helped and then walked away. When he gave up and tried to order at the counter, they told him he had to order at the kiosk and walked away with no effort to help him. He went back to the counter a second time and was ignored. He finally left.Not a one-time thing either. i have seen them with 4 or more people on duty do the same thing. I only come here because it is a easy walk from the hotel i often stay at and next to the walmart i get my refills at otherwise i would never come here due the complete lack of customer service good or bad ? .

Went through the drive through last night, and got toThe window asked could I add 2 orders of nacho fries. The young guy working their told me yea you can go back through the line, I asked are you being for real and he said yea. I left went to Taco bueno with no problems. My money and time is good anywhere I desire.

Not very happy. There was nothing cinnamon or anything on my cinnamon twists..that's one of the main reasons I go there. I didn't call and let them know. I tried putting my own cinnamon on the twists, but they were NOT the same. So my dog ate them.
