Ordered to-go through the app and waited over an hour to get food that was not mine. This is the fourth instance from this location I've had my entire order messed up. It's clear they don't care and aren't being held to an adequate standard.

This is hands down the worst location—Mesquite, Gus Thomasson at Oates. I got there at 10:25 AM and everything was cold, even the chips. The beans tasted burnt, completely scorched. I tried calling, but no one answered.
At the drive-thru, the young man at the window couldn’t explain why my change was being rounded up “to help a kid.” I asked what school it was for—he had no idea. That’s unacceptable.
I had to get back to work, so I couldn’t return this mess. So disappointing. From now on, if we absolutely have to eat out, we’re going inside—not using the drive-thru.

Service sucks! They won't even take you order here UNLESS you go through the drive through. Came on my lunch break with only so long to eat and they want you to use a KIOSK to enter your order, while the employees sit around laughing In the back. What's the point of having cashiers and employees if they don't even want to take your order. SMH, it was very annoying, I just wanted to get my order in asap so I could get back to work! Not coming here anymore. Get better employees taco bell, the ppl you have here are LAZY .. TACO BELL ON GUS THOMASSON AND OATES

The teen that works the drive through has a terrible attitude, asked for sauces that weren't put in the proper bag goes on to mock me to his other coworker and tells me he put the sauce pack in a separate box.
