Every time I order here I instantly regret it. The SLOWEST location ever like it makes no damn sense at all. It doesn’t matter if you’re picking up or ordering the wait is always extremely long and the employees jut take their time like you haven’t been waiting an hour for what’s supposed to be “fast” food. I’m not ordering here again y’all done striked out.

Place is terrible! Ordered 3 taco meals and received 2. Crazy expensive fast food. Ice machine out of order. Half of the sodas did not work. Salsa bar was empty. Sopapillas were stale.

change the hours of operations. driving through and website says 2am but hours on the door say 10pm. made me waste an hour drive to come to a location that closes at 10 pm on a Thursday night

Never got to taste the food. Manager refused to correct the mistake the new employee made. She continued to speak Spanish to that employee and laughed when asked to not speak Spanish. Then refused yo speak to us.
We decided to go back to the place that used to be one of the most popular for their menu and the atmosphere that surrounded it on the early 90's Taco Cabana...
PROS.— They're still making fresh flour tortillas as they used to and they still have good taste.
They're still have the famous Quesadilla, either with cheese, chicken or steak.
They're still have those salsas, with the exact same taste...
CONS.— The Quesadilla, for some reason is not in the menu. I asked if they don't make quesadillas any more and they say they do, and they show me a small manu on a flyer.
The place was empty on two Sundays I visited...
I tried tacos. But, on my opinion, whoever put tacos on the menu, don't have any idea what a real taco is or tastes.
The tacos I tried, had only one tortilla and wasn't even warm enough and was breaking in pieces ( like a cracker ).
Taco Cabana is in desperate need of advertising and a real menu. It's hard to see a good chain not to do any changes and keep updating in order to continue offering what people really deserve...

Poor atmosphere, restraunt visit was dine in for 2 adults, windows were dirty , tables could have been cleaned as for the floor also, menu board lighting was very poor and hard to read ( digital) .employees were not cleaning as it was not busy.( time of visit 6.44pm on 06.21.25)
