I liked this place, first time outside of Rib City in Florida where I've been able to enjoy ribs, Rib City has the best baby backs, Texas Roadhouse 1/2 racks have come the closest. Had a half a rack, as advertised fall off the bone, we will definitely be going back. Their sauces are good. I was pleased

This place used to be so much better. The meat is like chewing on rubber bands and is very dry. The many managers they have aren't much better. They are rude not helpful at all. Idk what's going on here at the Mesquite location but me and family won't be going back here.

Food wasn’t hot, placed order before 7:30 pm and showed it wouldn’t be ready till 8:45, asked a worker and they told me the same thing i showed up at 8:50 and the food was cold so it was ready just sitting there getting cold. Wouldn’t recommended this Texas Road House.

My wife and I wanted to get some steaks for dinner so we went to Texas Roadhouse and got food to go so many problems happened first of all I had to keep refreshing the site since they were getting crowded and I kept having to change my time so we had to wait an hour and half before we our food was ready and when I got there the place was so crowded there was no parking whatsoever but that’s beside the fact my wife and I both ordered sirloin steaks medium rare and when we got back home after a 45 min drive the steaks were raw all in the middle my wife had to finish cooking them terrible food threw up multiple times felt sick after never going back to this place again such a waist of time, money, and health
This place is horrible!!! We ordered to go and the food wasn’t ready when promised, had to wait an additional 30 mins after the time promised! We ordered one of our kids meals with chocolate milk and realized when we got home that they used buttermilk and chocolate syrup instead of regular milk and chocolate syrup to make it! We tried calling several times to speak to a manager and let them know but no one answered the phones.

We’ve been to quite a few Texas roadhouse, restaurants in different states… As usual, the steak was amazing, however, our appetizer was served cold in the middle (rattlesnake bites)…it was actually still frozen in the middle. We brought it to our server’s attention attention and finally got a new order….. but only after so much time had lapsed that we complained and told them to just forget it… They insisted on bringing us a new order of the rattlesnake bites and regretfully…the same thing happened! I feel bad mentioning this because we really did like our server and I don’t like to complain, but I’m just trying to keep my review honest. I will say that my daughter’s ordered from the kids’ menu and got ribs and I was super impressed! So were my children… Overall a good experience and we were thankful they were serving late… Obviously since it’s Texas roadhouse we will be going again but I’m gonna skip the appetizers.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid, friendly, accommodating, and delicious kids menu. Overall, very good atmosphere for families.
