The worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. Damp rooms, bathrooms in terrible condition, full of MOLD, A/C did not work, room was full of mosquitoes. The smell of the room was horrendous. Smelled like a mix of cat pee and mold. When I entered the room, the window was wide open. I requested a different room but was told they were fully booked. While the staff at the Courtyard was nice, the pictures of the property are a lie, I do not recommend it. If you do not want to waste...read full review
I'm a frequent business traveler all over the state. I requested a cancellation within two hours of booking a room. Travel plans changed and I'm headed to Austin instead. In six years of staying at Marriott hotels I've not once been charged a cancellation fee if it was within two hours of booking, and before 3PM at that.
I love this place and will always stay here when I come to the MetroPlex!
