We just went there. It was 8pm and this restaurant staff was lazy and didn’t want to serve us. There was customers and staff in the restaurant but they said they were closing and only doing to go orders. It’s supposed to be 24 hours

With somebody come in and physically place an order y’all should make sure thoroughly that the order is correct. I should not be calling his phone and constantly trying to get somebody on the phone and it’s not even giving me an option to speak to someone when y’all messed up my order this is unacceptable and I do not appreciate it and I’m not driving my ass all the way back up there for y’all to replace something that y’all should’ve thoroughly made sure, it was done correctly in the first Place

Every time when I walk in there, not only they are about business but about customer satisfaction when it comes to cooking the food fresh and maintaining cleanliness in the place. They are very down to earth as well. Like Family down to earth. They put a smile on your face.

Our server Victoria was the BEST Waffle House server I have ever experienced, and I’ve been to a lot of them. She was sharp and did not forget anything we asked for, she was quick and very polite. My only concern here was the cooks not changing gloves in between tasks.

Our waitress was very sweet, always smiling, and she had the cutest dimples! She was prompt and very efficient. She even cleared all our dirty dishes off the table, so we had more room. My dad and I both had the All-Star breakfast that comes with a waffle, 2 eggs, toast, hashbrowns, or grits, and bacon or sausage. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious.
