Our waitress was very sweet, always smiling, and she had the cutest dimples! She was prompt and very efficient. She even cleared all our dirty dishes off the table, so we had more room. My dad and I both had the All-Star breakfast that comes with a waffle, 2 eggs, toast, hashbrowns, or grits, and bacon or sausage. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious.

Shelia is a HORRIBLE server. This is my 3rd encounter with her as well as the grill cook that wears the face cover. I have been using this location for serval months and normally with a younger friendlier server I can receive my food within 5-8 minutes. Just this morning for a All Star breakfast it has taken nearly 20 minutes to get my food. I had to remind her even though she was at the counter for my coffee. She is the low stars for this location. The worker name nuna is a very nice in prefect worker she made me feel welcome there I do recommend her.
Went to pick up my order made online (45 min later when it said it would be ready) and they said my order never went through but it sure did charge my credit card. Was then greeted with an attitude when I asked how long it would take for the order to be ready and was responded with “do you not see how busy we are in here”. Wasn’t going to put up with the attitude and left the store with hungry kids, no food, and now I have to fight the transaction with the bank.

I'm not really sure how their services are on site. We always order our food on their app-for pick up. We have no complaints the food is always amazing, they have it done, and out asap. We don't eat out much but we love this location!

First off the customer service was cool but this is the cleanest Waffle House I’ve been too and I knew right then I was in trouble but I Paid 33 dollars for a steak breakfast well done to go because I had to go to work. Steak was far from done still bleeding. Eggs were running it WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Only took one pic before I threw it away
