People that work here obviously need training on how to serve food to people the stupid waiter raven burnt my infants hand by placing a steamy how waffle right in front of my son how stupid can u be i know she saw him grabbing everything. Manager didnt even do anything about it. Left with no meal and upset i will bring this up to corporate.

my friends and i came to eat and they never gave us our waffle when we had asked for the all star special, our eggs, and the apple juice was expired. the girl with long braids was over charging us 141 when half of the food wasn’t even gave to us and asked us “why did you never ask for the waffle” when CLEARLY the waffle come with the all star special, so we shouldn’t even have to ask for it. they just need a better service honestly.
Couldn’t get any food because when we went in customer service suck , no one spoke or greeted us we stood at the door waiting to be seated for 10 min. The staff was young and never gave us any eye contact. This is not how business is supposed to operate. If you don’t wanna work call in . A disgrace I will never go back again . I felt like I was in a soup line waiting on hang outs .

April 16,2025 at 7:50 pm. No one greeted us as we walked in and sat down. There was only one customer in the building and one came in after me. He wanted to place an to-go order. The Server took his order and told the cook that was currently sitting in a booth on his phone “to get up and cook this order”. Again. Not saying a word to me or my party that clearly was there first. Or to let us know they would be with us shortly. We got up to leave and again no one said a word to us. I’m very disappointed in this service. I’ve been coming here for years. But I will not return.
