The price is right. The food is reliable: delicious and terrible for you every time.
And the staff was very pleasant and had me laughing every time I went.

It's almost like they family up in there. So my suggestion to anyone. If you over in mesquite in Dallas come over to mesquite waffle House. You would love it. The food is just right. It's like my mama cooked it. You know what I'm saying

I came in for a to go order. I'm bot sure lf what system they use but my order was sitting near where people ca. dine and eat. So if they felt like taking it they could. I told the name of my order and the staff member walked around looming for the bag that again was on the clunter when i walked in. I made sure to check it before I left and as always the food was delicious.

So this Waffle house was my wife and my go to quick breakfast spot. Sometime in the last year or too, the menu prices doubled... the staff became rude... The entire atmosphere changed...
We wont be coming back.
And the part of the menu about carry out having a 20% fee.... thats not cool...
We sat at the bar for 20 minutes with no response, then moved to a table for another 15 ... The cook ignores the waitresses...
