My first time at this Waffle House. Waffle House is great, because they get your food out quick, it was well prepared, and it's affordable. I just can't get over that everything (table and condiment bottles) was either sticky or greasy. Waffle House needs to do better about the cleanliness!!!

Cook walked out when my table didn’t have all of our food the sweet lady taken our orders had to go and get him from outside!
literally had to wait for some of my group orders to be made again horrible experience! No one greets you when you walked in either!

There’s a Waffle House on Oats in Mesquite Texas where we walked in not greeted not spoken to there were two dirty booths and instead of cleaning so we could sit down a young lady with blonde and black hair rudely says to sit at a sit down booth then there was a some man yelling orders to ONE SINGLE COOK not even trying to help just literally with the other waiters gossiping not helping not working it was utterly ridiculous and we walked out because we were not attended to never in my years of coming to Waffle House has this happened before you need better management of this location.

Every Waffle House I go to is a lesson in flavor and efficiency. Definitely an American Institution!
We come here often but the new cook didn’t cook to well. My husband asked for ALL STAR breakfast with sunny side up eggs but she didn’t make it correctly it was too raw and then he asked to switch it out for over easy and it was cooked all the way threw. The server was ok she was young still learning.

New server. She did her best. Had to ask for coffee refill. She rang up the Senior breakfast wrong (regular beverage is supposed to E included). We were getting the military discount so I didn't argue a out coffee.
