Lock doors early workers were sitting down not doing anything as I stood by the door ignoring me tried to go to drive thru to order but she said she couldn’t serve me because I didn’t have a car which is fine I understand but tottaly unacceptable customer service I usually go to Wendy’s when I get off and often sometimes in the morning which the crew is awesome never spending another dollar at this Wendy’s ever again

I was just in there around 8 when I walked in one of the employees were saying that they’re only taking moblie and DoorDash orders and I was like Okie that’s fine I was about to walk out when, I’m amusing is the manager, said no we can take your order when I tell you this woman was amazing SHE WAS AMAZING she was funny, she was handling mobile orders, in store orders, and drive thru orders all at once and she even put our frotsys in the freezer while we wait usually if I’m told the store is closing I’ll just leave no problem but the fact she took the extra mile was amazing I didn’t get a chance to ask her name but she was a black lady she was wearing a blue shirt and black pants and she had a ponytail and it was 8/8/25 around 8pm top tier customer service!! Would visit again!!!

This Wendy’s is horrible from the service to the food. This Wendy’s should be inspected to be closed down. This is no way to run a business. Where are the managers? Who runs this? How can you have employees working being rude and selling raw food. This is less than 1 star it is a 0 star. City of Mesquite do your job and please go inspect this Wendy’s.

Disappointed with Quality and Consistency
I usually enjoy Wendy’s, but this visit was underwhelming across the board. The fries were noticeably old and cold, lacking any crispness or freshness—more of an afterthought than a side.
I ordered the Brownie Batter Chocolate Frosty Swirl, but what I received looked and tasted more like the Oreo Brownie Twist Chocolate Frosty Fusion. It was put together sloppily, with little attention to presentation or accuracy. Definitely not what was advertised.
The Vanilla Cold Brew Frosty also missed the mark. It was mediocre at best and lacked any real vanilla flavor—just a faint, sweet cold brew that didn’t deliver on its name.
Disappointing experience overall. With so many better fast food options, it’s hard to justify returning unless the quality improves.
The morning crew is amazing but this afternoon crew is terrible. My frosty wasnt even filled to the top of the cup at all. I gave the black girl at the drive through 5.10 my total was 4.10 i expected A SINGLE DOLLAR BILL BACK THAT THEY SURELY HAD instead she gives me back a mixture of 3 quarters AND 4 nickels. Not even a full dollar back. If you cant count/ don't want to be at work and wanna be petty go home.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade in the drive- thru, and it was tasteless. I wasn't going to say anything, but after paying over $4, I went back to ask it to be remade.

The atmosphere was so heavy I felt so unwelcome as soon as i walked through the door. They treated me like a burden just for wanting a biggie bag, looked at me crazy when i asked for extra sauce. And to top it all off the food was cold and my lemonade was watered down. Will never come here again, and I wouldn’t even eat if it was free.
