I ordered a pickup for 2 sandwiches not a course meal from Uber eats and they (Wendy’s) updated the status saying that it’s ready for pickup. So it’s was confirmed for pickup around 10am and I went there at 10:40 and even after coming 40 mins late for 2 little sandwiches the workers told me that they haven’t even started the order?? There were no cars at location not even a single customer inside the restaurant so they were just bs around.. very awful experience. The fact that I came there in the middle of work too was a cherry on top

You can’t blame the DoorDash because the only thing they do is pick up the food and bring it to me, but this will be my last time ordering from you guys cause this doesn’t make any sense. Y’all should be shut down nuggets been up there all day fries, old cold The burger was threw together. Just really don’t make any sense. And just know I will be contacting someone tomorrow

First time i actually walked out of a restaurant. The food was just nasty and tasted old, even the soda I got tasted flat. I got the #8 and the meat wasn’t even fresh at all. They gave me two dried patties that you can clearly tell that have been sitting out for a while. I also got the ghost pepper nuggets and it tasted so chalky, it wasn’t even spicy at all, the flavor was just gross. I didn’t finish any of my food I just threw it all in the trash even the soda. Not coming back to this location at all. The atmosphere was ok, nice and quiet but the condiment station needed attention. One ketchup dispenser was broken and the other one barely had ketchup in it, no napkins either. This place can do better. Worse $20 I ever spent
