I placed an online order and checked in as soon as I arrived. A couple of minutes later, the manager (who was raising her voice at everyone) said she didn’t have my order in her system and went on with her work I tried to get her attention to verify the address and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. During this time she was still yelling at me. After 5 minutes of being checked in, she said my order was in her system. I understand being a restaurant manager is not an easy job but she really should not be yelling at the customers who pay her salary. Even other customers in the restaurant heard and saw this. As much as I like Wendy’s, I will NOT be coming back to this location.

MY 3rd day to this location and they always running out of stuff and never replenishing. They have been out of chili for multiple days and when i ask when will they get more in the African American lady laughed at me. It’s not a laugh matter but more so why yall standing and hanging out the drive thru window but can’t order what’s needed to service customers. Very unprofessional and sad to say the least. I’m sure the manager is apart of the problem as well.

On February 25,2025, I went to this location and ordered two grilled wraps with only lettuce and meat no tortillas and a cup of water. Seeing that I ordered the same thing yesterday with no issues, I thought it would have a smooth transaction. They pull me up. Never gave me the water. Gave me two grilled wraps that were heavy but guess what, they were wrapped in tortilla. Tell the guy that's not what I ordered. I was asked to go back around cause not only did not get the water but my order was wrong. Get to the windows, explain my order again, for them to pull me up again and bring me a cup of grilled chicken, and cup of lettuce which was way less than what I paid for. I couldn't go back and say anything because they didn't give me a receipt and I just spent my entire break in their line for my order to completely wrong. $18 for a cup of lettuce and chicken that was dry as ever is insane. I don't recommend going to this location.

Add another RUDE to this store drive thru window. Wasn't listening. Then corrected me because of her not listening then cut me off before I was finished ordering, then chastised me at the window telling me I hadn't answered her. 3 strikes... you lost my business. This restraunt is eaten up with "rude employee reviews". Why is this owner or manager not putting a stop to this and removing these employees?

Today at 11:30 I went to the window and placed my order, a potato with cheese. When I opened my order, they showed me two black things. I went back to show them what they gave me and the cashier told me that I had placed them and very aggressively pointed at me very rudely. Instead of changing my potato, they gave me my money back in a very bad way. Very rude.

The woman who serves has a horrible attitude... those in charge should let them know that when they don't feel like working, they should stay home.
Horrible location went thru drive thru- was handed drink ONLY then told to full forward and my food will be sent out to me. The “Manager Kimmy” (if that’s her real name) brung my 7 year old daughter’s nugget meal to the car. No straw as in the bag- informed her we didn’t get a straw. This worker told me , “ I can come in and get a straw she don’t work the drive thru”!!!!! Speechless. Got out car went in and her and coworkers were laughing and I told her she rude and daughter was also kissing a bbq sauce she said she don’t care that I would call corporate and it’s a charge for more bbq she know what she put in the bag. I and no one I know will ever go to this Wendy’s again and she needs to be terminated immediately. It’s a bad look and very unprofessional. Based off previous reviews this Location needs an Overhaul. Quality and customer service training. Will be contacting corporate 1st thing .

Just picked up some food for my family and me. I ordered the new mushroom bacon burger for myself. I have a little over a corner of the burger left and when I bit into it I bit down on a thick metal shard that was in the burger. Not sure if that came from the meat or the canned mushrooms or what but that is concerning.

The ladies at the window always enthusiastic but the food is trash, always cold food, fries disgusting no salt and either cold or double dipped in the fryer. Get it together!

My kids and I went to this horrible location of Wendy's. The cashier is sooooooooo rude. She doesn't know what is on the menu. Long story short, my kids left with tears and no food.
I am disappointed. Every one have a bad day, but do not take your frustration over kids.

I asked for fresh fries, they gave me old and dry ones, the burger meat was old, the bacon was burnt, the drink was wrong. They do things to do things, not to keep customers. I will never return to this site again, I do not recommend it.
Employees are kids and as rude as it gets. Very hostile towards customers when they have a mistake / misunderstanding I wouldn’t recommend this location to no one. I will gladly go to the location off 80 and belt line from now one
It’s a Wendy’s so food is decent. But the staff is extremely friendly.

10 minutes my order to be taken, I finally gave up. The cook was like laying on the counter. 3 cashiers looking at me like, um, I don't know whether to wait on them or then wait on me.
I have seen the original input on, for instance, so I asked for the restaurant code maybe to spare some time. What they decided to wait on me didn't even get that
