I ordered a frosticcinno and a honey butter biscuit. The iced coffee was all ice and frosty mix. There was almost no coffee. The honey butter biscuit tasted like burnt oil. I'm used to the service being off because that has become standard for Wendy's but this time the employees were friendly. But the food sucked. the food is what I usually enjoy and what I paid for. So sad Wendy's.
hot food is good food I love this place
Most of the time i go to wendys but this wendys was the worst by far, they are not friendly at all and all the other i have been to have been... and the gentle men who was giving the food was very rude he gave me a drink with coke all over the cup and an not to mention the drink was already watery and handed me the bag of food like he was pissed... if you dont like your job go find a new one but do not be rude to the customers...I will not ever go back to that i would rather...read full review

Wendy's offers a pleasant dining experience with a very clean and tidy place. The staff have a good sense of humor and are friendly and attentive, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The drive-thru is pretty quick, and employees are very upbeat and nice, offering great service. Customers love the menu on a budget, especially the 4 for $4 which comes with a drink, a small burger, some nuggets, and fries. They have a machine with so many flavored sodas and drinks. While the food is usually fresh and good, it can sometimes get cold very fast. Overall, it's a good calm place that delivers a warm and friendly experience.
