I recently(12/2/25) visited this Whataburger location and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and after waiting far longer than expected, my order was given to someone else. What made the situation worse was that management never acknowledged the mistake or offered any kind of apology.
It was clear that the young staff members working there need stronger leadership and better training. The lack of communication and accountability was noticeable, and the overall experience fell far below the standard I expect from Whataburger.
I hope the management team takes steps to improve customer service and better support their employees moving forward.

Placed a mobile order ahead of time and when I showed up it wasn't ready. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to ask if I had an order. This is after one of them gave me my drink for that order earlier.

Had a craving for some HOT freshly fried fried, and added a sprinkle of salt. Actually this was a SALT 😋🤗craving because I don't like potato chips 💁🏾♀️

I order two number 13s MEALLLSS and somehow they heard 4 peice tenders (just tenders no fries no toast)
seems like they just make what they feel like it
And it gets even worse cause they charged me for 2 -3 chicken strips

Generally this place is good, You can just tell when there is an attitude of doing what you want. I asked for potatoes taquito and for whoever reason got meat instead and it’s very deliberate if the order doesn’t say that I feel that some one was just going through the motion and gave me the wrong order , so didn’t like that. I don’t eat meat so getting meat in a order that doesn’t have meat shows just not paying attention

Placed and online order and when I arrived at the drive thru it wasn’t ready. They asked me to pull to another spot in Waco I told them no. Because I had placed the order previously and they had plenty of time to make it. A young guy came and slammed the window stating they needed more tom and I said that was fine but I would wait. He slammed the window and handed me my food but I was missing a fry and the wings I ordered were not tossed. I went backside and he was aggressive saying he would fix it but his screen state dry but they still gave me the sauce on the side which doesn’t make sense. He slammed his hand on the counter while the manager just stood there.
This is unacceptable behavior from both parties and they need to figure out their stuff asap.
Why try to fight a guest over food that thebretaurjt don’t have prepared properly ? And why not fix the issue expiry when it was prepared properly and you forgot an order of fries?
I ask the management look into their friend modules and retrain their staff on proper communication as well as how to handle guests orders that are incorrect.
