As soon as i walk in i get mean mugged by 2 female workers who were SMOKING on the job. I proceed to order my food and the kind lady at the front counter asked if i would be taking it or dining in, i chose to dine in. As i wait for my order a man walks out the kitchen and mentions a 3 year old got locked in the restroom. One of the 2 ladies who were smoking goes off and says it was 2 teenage girls from his school (pointing at me) and how im not supposed to be there. (I get dismissed at 12) And how i should still be in school. The man then tells me i need to get out of the restaurant as soon as i get my food. I had nowhere to go, and i was forced to eat my well paid meal in the cold outside. Safe to say they will never see my face in there again…

1 car in front of me who ordered a number 6 and it took 20 minutes of sitting there for a single combo meal. When finally getting to the window to sit 10 more. The food was ice cold. Gross and soggy. I won’t go back to any whataburger again

Worse Whataburger I've ever been to. Placed order through app for pick up through drive thru. Whoever was working the drive thru took over 8min between each car before she asked what they wanted to order. The place was not busy! By the time I got my order, food was cold. Bad attitude, they don't care for customer service here.

Went to grab a burger and tender meal and a couple of cookies and paid almost $30 for it all just to not get the sauce I asked for and they didn’t give me the 2 cookies I paid for. There was only one other person in line in front of me, so not sure why they were so forgetful.. always missing something when I come here!! Check your food before leaving!! 👎🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came in hungry, left happy… and slightly salty (like the fries 😅) Tried the Pico de Gallo burger — absolutely tasty! 💥 The real game-changer? The ranch sauce — took the whole experience to another level 😍
The staff was super friendly, brought everything to the table like pros. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the fries came out way too salty — like “ocean breeze in my mouth” salty 🌊😂. But they replaced them fast with no hassle, so major points for service.
Definitely coming back… and bringing an extra bun just for that ranch sauce! 🍔🔥

Depends on who’s taking the order why I gave 3 stars for the service. The manager that’s always there is very polite and always takes care of the customer. Hate going there when she’s not there. The young African American female manager is very rude, roll her eyes at you and always acts like she’s rushing you to order.. I normally get the the same thing but I’d like to try something different every now and again.
Sucks every time I ask for mustard pickles only, lady was rude didn’t even respond or listen, I had to say thank you have a nice day. This is what they gave me soooo much mayo! Pay attention to the customer instead of acting like I’m an inconvenience when you’re the one at work offering a service!

I went in Saturday and the food was room temperature and our burgers was terrible our condiments was on top of the burger everything was tasteless I don't know who was the all those African American kids cooking and talking loud unattended without a manager supervision them if you'll don't fix this situation your business will go down hill I always come through the weekdays around 4 pm and the food is hot and fresh this made my family and not wanting to come back to this location anymore.
