Lots of unwanted people not even eating from Poteet High School as we were trying to eat inside ( poor management staffing) allowing this to happen as actual patrons were attempting to eat in the restraunt about 3.30ish pm on 2-24-25. Not a good atmosphere

Mistake to go around 3:30pm on a school day. Too many loud ,disrespectful , young men coming from high school across the street.
Parking: There was only one young woman working behind the counter that said anything to the young men about them gathering at the counter for them to make & leave room for others to pass. Two of the young men were sharing a vape cigarette and smoking inside.
Kid-friendliness: Please do not take any small or young children there.
I just got home from whataburger I ordered a 3 piece tender with bbq sauce just to find out there’s only two tenders in the box. I’m missing a chicken tender! It’s so frustrating spending money on food if I’m not getting what I paid for. If it’s not the chicken tender it’s the sauce! And you guys literally ask me what sauce I want! Please do better! 👎🏼

Drive thru order sunday 12-8-2024. Got the chickrn strips with Gravy they did not include the Gravy even though its on my receipt, i eas charged for it and drivethru confirmed order on the speaker, bad service. 3chicken strips fried, a bread and the gravy you had one job, i mean c'mon how hard is it?

3 meals for 40 bucks and not one was right. How hard is it? Tonight we got a double meat cheeseburger with meat, cheese, mayo n bread only. What we got was a single meat dry bread n meat only. Patty melt, no onions, came with onions, and another burger no onions that came with onions. Like take the ear buds out at work and quit playing grab ass. Never fails when we go to any Whataburger in mesquite, we have problems. Missing items, wrong Items, or extremely long wait times: I don’t know why we keep trying.

Update 9/24/24: service takes more than 20 minutes in drive thru with 3-5 cars waiting. Combos are between $8-$12 each. The past 3 visits our food has been disappointing. Twice my chocolate shake was not mixed well and hardly tasted like chocolate. Fries always taste like they were reheated, are stale and lukewarm. Also the service is slow and occasionally the staff at the window is rude, they don't like being asked for additional condiments or getting Sprite returned because it tastes like dirty water.

DONT EVER MOBILE ORDER FROM HERE , I REPEAT NEVER, I place a order at 9:30am for my lunch at 10am, I even showed up 5 after 10 hoping my order would be ready to pick up and I kid you not I didn’t receive my order til 10:30am when my lunch was ALREADY OVER ? and there’s was no line in the drive thru so I don’t understand why nothing was ready? This is soo ridiculous, please don’t offer pickup services if yall aren’t gonna have them ready for us working people to pick up our foods at the time we put!!
