Easily the slowest Whataburger I’ve been to. And for some reason this location is consistently slow

Now that they went up several dollars a meal I wont go back there, outrageous prices especially for what they offer a Jr bg meal is now 13 ish with tax... no way!

There should be absolutely no reason why this is the second time I place an order for pickup and I wait for over 15 minutes for my food. I got to the drive thru with only two cars in front of me at around 11:55 a.m. my pick up was to be ready at 11:45-11:50. I was told to pull in the right lane. The two cars behind me got served and paid at 12:07. I hadn’t even had anyone come to my side of the car for me to pay yet. I didn’t get my food til 12:20 pm and it was not busy as I said the car behind me paid and was given there food before I was. I’m not sure what is the reason for delays but I refuse to come here moving forward. I will take my chances else where even though it’s near my job. A place that doesn’t take more than half of my lunch time. I’ve gone inside sit down restaurants with waiters that take less time than this location. I’m rushing now to eat my lunch for the second time because of the extremely poor service. I eventually had to go inside to pick up my order and it had been so long of a wait that I forgot I paid for this online.

This location needs to be retrained on curbside pickup. Eight times out of ten, the order isn’t brought outside. After waiting 16 minutes past the time the order should’ve been delivered to my car, I went inside. My order, along with the three other customers still waiting outside, was under the counter. If this location doesn’t want to take orders outside, don’t offer it as an option. Needless to say my food was cold by the time I got home. I’ve contacted corporate several times about the issue and requested a phone call from the manager but she never calls. Maybe the manager Veronica needs to be retrained as well because she might be the problem!
It’s a great location. Great employees especially in the mornings. Great food. Great management. Great ownership. This location has always done a great job!!!

Employees are rude and outright insulting, I sat in the drive thru for 1 breakfast burrito for over 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me, when I finally got to the window the employee walked away for over 5 minutes visiting with another employee with my bag in her hand - I drove off - this store i s the worst Whataburger ever. FYI the car behind me got out of drive thru line and went inside and stood at the counter and STILL no one helped her - I witnessed this sitting in my car - HORRIBLE store

I haven’t had a good experience not once at this location and I’ve been here plenty of times because it’s what convenient for me. THE WHOLE STAFF IS RUDE FROM MORNING TO NIGHT SHIFT AND ITS SAD!! I literally ordered onion rings and that’s it and I sat at curbside for 10 minutes I went inside to ask about my order and he said he pulled them up 5 minutes ago . Not to mention they weren’t even busy it was I will not continue to come here because everytime I do it’s ALWAYS an issue from management to staff !! This store need some rearranging and better supervisors cause this is ridiculous

Ive been coming to this whataburger because its the closest to my house FOR THE PAST 5yrs but every DAM time i come yall can’t never get the order straight like i know yall heard me ordering onion rings Because i said it twice then i get my order and not to mention your employee laughing in the background while im trying to order!!! So i go back around to order because the simple fact that i wanted my onion rings get there order 2 large onion rings just for yall to make me pull up n wait oh n i didn’t notice all your employees HORSE PLAYING IN THE DINER! Atleast 5-6 employees sit on the asses not doing anything only see. A girl trying to look busy sweeping while your other employees shadow boxing seems like there just collecting a paycheck! Maybe i would have to wait 20min for onion rings if they were actually working! 2/23/25 10pm

The lady in the black shirt, which I’m thinking is manager rudely through the number of a customer on the table because she just wanted her drink and we was waiting in a horrible long line because they forcing everyone to come inside for a free biscuit that can be taken through drive-through as well so now there’s almost 10 people in the line and she’s being rude that People is one of their drinks because they’re forcing everyone to come inside. It is a Hispanic lady at this Whataburger with a black shirt and I believe she’s a manager she has glasses.
