Was a fan but not no more.! I have been visiting more than a regular at This location for years.! Well just today there card machine was down so tap to pay did not work. I am a regular and so I know how there operations work such as payments methods go. They tried the counter a few times and then the drive through register and nothing. I was asked in the snarkiest way “you don’t have any cash if not then oh well not much we can do.” I was floored and kinda bothered especially with the manager there knowing me and so i guess k was looking for a little bit more I suppose IDK. My rating is for the lack of customer support/satisfaction. Never had an issue prior besides the occasional frozen batch of corn dogs that aren’t cooked fully or the jalapeño poppers. That’s my take hope it helped to avoid using Apple Pay.

This is my favorite Wienerschnitzel of any of them. One employee goes above and beyond. His name is Caleb. He always greets my family by our first names. He shows professionalism while having the most positive attitude. The building is always clean, the staff treat you like family they care about. Thank you Caleb and all the other employees. I hope the owner someday realizes if he gave you all performance bonuses meaning the more the business made the more you all made the owner would own millions of franchises. Thank you Caleb and the other great employees for all your hard work.

Not bad. It had been years since I'd had a wienerschitzel dog. Was pleasantly surprised it still tasted like when I was a kid. Some items appeared to be unavailable, maybe discontinued. There were new items also on the menu. The service was fairly quick, and the employee suggested add on items. Overall, a good experience.

If you want a good dog without too many frills, this is a solid option. Classic chili dog is exactly as it should be, but my favorite is the kraft dog with a pretzel bun. Resturant is a little cramped for dining in, but generally clean.

Food was exactly what you'd expect but it was hot and fresh so it gets five stars. Service was really good the girl at the window was extremely friendly and made sure my order was correct when she handed it to me. Five stars for that. Would definitely go back as I love wienerschnitzel and the service was one of the best I've had in a quick service restaurant since moving to the Mesquite area.
