Got 2 burgers asked no mustard add bacon I have a allergy get home musterd with bacon Go back they re make I get home thinking it’s gonna be fine it’s a remake they asked what gose on it and I explained again allergy anyway. Get home musterd but no bacon that I paid extra for AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE TRIED CALLING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES

All the employees were worried about after they took the order and took our money is goofing off in church chatting with each other and let him know I personally and workplace relationships and friendships get in the way of doing their job that was not they were not busy there that day we sat in the drive through for what seems like 15 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and even with that set an alarm for what seems like to be up to 15 minutes or so for two items is not acceptable to me. I think I submitted some kind of feedback that day and I got some generic email back saying oh they're sorry for the experience I don't make sure to do they make sure to it won't happen again didn't seem interested in really given any solutions or anything of that kind or anything
