Food tastes like it comes from grandma's kitchen. Seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. Enough food to feed a large family. Large portions. And service is top of the line efficient and friendly.

Rude employee. Don't listen and was given the incorrect order. Was then questioned about what I paid verses what I recieved. Even after informing her of what I ordered, paid and received she was still not listening. I explained to her I live over 30 minutes away. She proceeds to tell me to bring back the chicken I recieved and I can call and speak to management in the morning. Never the less by this time she had me so dam angry I drove all the way back there and was ready to throw it in her face. I an BIG on customer service and this was very unacceptable.

The chicken at this location is really good the only problem was the coleslaw and rolls. I would have rather tasted feet..but thoseare 2 of my favoritec.. plus employees just stand Around and play on phones

Horrible experience already had to wait 20 min to get our order take but when we got to the window we asked to add a extra sweet tea and 2 pepper the cashier Lucile caught a attitude . So I handed her my money and when she was giving me my change back she rudely threw it and some of my money when flying everywhere . I will never be back to this place my wife was so furious because we treated he with nothing but respect said please and thank you and she was mad at us because she had a long line , if you don’t wanna deal with the long lines go work somewhere else .

Ordered the chicken sandwich and it only had four pickles on it. No mayo, lettuce, didn’t even toast the buns. Not to mention, it was cold. Also a three piece that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since they opened with just one bulb working, because it tasted old and was cold. I called the store and the girl acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Will not be going back there!!!!

This one is clean, quick, and the food tastes great. I will take Williams Chicken over Church's and Popeye's any day of the week. On our last visit, the gizzards were cooked a little hard, but they tasted great. We drive past 2 other Williams locations to get to this one. It's great!

A neighborhood fixture for many years and 100% consistently good. Friendly and fast service. Huge moist Chicken tenders, fresh perfectly cooked Fried Okra, creamy gravy, great prices. The best jalapeños with every order.

Average chicken sandwich, was a little dry, they forgot our rolls and I wouldn't eat the mashed potatoes without the gravy because they taste very bland. We didn't get no salt or pepper and they didn't give us any sauces for our food. My husband's chicken sandwich was thin and small and compared to mine which was a better size.
Good chicken all the times. Pricey but worth the money!
