We get wings here weekly. However, the last 2 times we have ordered, they have messed up our food. We have had to drive back up there to get it corrected. They are slowly going downhill as far as I'm concerned.

Spent approx. $52.00 on a pick up order, did not receive any ranch, to include the extra ranch, the chicken sandwich or additional wings that was ordered. I called and the young person wanted me to bring the order back. I live too far from this loc to come back, unless they would replace entire order. I won't waste your time on that convo. Manager got on the phone and stated they would credit my card for $10 and some change. That credit never happened. Haven't been back since.

Food is good but the quality of food has gone down, as well , as the Cajun fries.. got some for super bowl Sunday and depressed when I opened the container, hardly anything in the container
I placed an order online email stated 22 to 28 minutes for it to be ready. I show up to the restaurant for pick up and they’re telling me I have to wait an additional 45 minutes that they’re really backed up and if I cancel my transaction, it would be another 5 to 7 business days before I get a refund. Their phones are ringing and they’re telling customers they’re not taking orders because they’re really backed up
They’re definitely watering the ranch down for more profits. I can’t figure out how to post a video or I would. It’s inedible, and my order was wrong again. This location might be the worst wingstop I’ve ever been to. No idea why I keep going but I don’t go very often because of the inconsistent quality. At least half of my order isn’t getting eaten. Large ranch was disposed of. 25 bucks down the drain.

I canceled Order on Uber Eats due to wrong location, These people kept my $21.20 not only that I called and spoke to someone and The GM said that it was fine that I can come get my food after work. I Drove all the way from Plano,Tx to this Mesquite Location I showed proof of my order and told them that the GM said that I could get my order these people did not give me my food at all or my money back I’m Pissed !

Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service at this establishment. The front worker who takes the orders is always there from the times I’ve been at this location. They always have an attitude and have no self awareness. What a complete waste of time to tell someone their food will be ready in a few minutes and you NEVER call their name. I had to walk up there after 45 min of waiting when my order was set to be complete in 20 min. The worker grabbed my food from the shelf as it had been there for idk how long because the negligent worker didn’t take initiative in calling out my name as they do at every other location I’ve ever been too. There was no apology for the wait and they still had an attitude to top things off.
