I have visited this location several times with doing Door Dash. When I tell you the staff is friendly & hard working to get orders out. The GM, Ms. Carla is doing a GREAT job with the crew she has at this location. Management plays a key part in the service provided by employees. Thank you to all the hard working employees and thank you to Ms. Carla for being a great manager for the young children to learn from. Keep up the GREAT work!!

This Lady deserves a raise her name is Miss Carla i believe she is the store manager and when I tell you the customer service was A1 very good. I almost thought she treated me like a secret shopper lol. The staff was friendly and helpful, food was hot and looked exactly like the menu. This is my new favorite wing stop if you want good customer service go to this location 5 star for sure. ☺️

We stopped in for lunch ordered the basket of 15-20wings I can't remember exactly how many. Asked for them to be extra crispy - I personally don't like chewy skin on my wings. Normally they tell you it will take longer because you want them cooked longer. I was a little surprised -anyway, we waited and within I'd say the normal wait time we got our wings. Now I know they weren't extra crispy -did I send them back no - did U complain no -this is my 3rd attempt to give them a 2nd chance. The fries are banging, the wings although not exactly how I asked for them were good. Staff can be a little more attentive to customers when they come in, and yes I've worked in fast food before so been there done that. The front of the store makes all the difference, along with the quality of the food of course. Give it a try, still contemplating on if we will be back and I love wings!!!!

I placed a call in order and was told it would be ready in 12 minutes I arrived 14 minutes later paid and received only my drink i then waited on the bench for 10 more minutes expecting my name to be called eventually I asked about my order only to find out it had been sitting on the shelf the whole time I didn’t speak up earlier because I assumed like usual that my food would be brought out with the drink when it was ready

Everytime ive been coming to this wingstop lately, we just have our food sitting on the shelf! We call in before going to the restaurant, and we have a wait time. We show up at the wait time they have given us. Today we called in an order and the guy on the phone said it will be ready in 18 minutes. We showed up in 20 minutes, we paid for our food and got our drinks. We sat there for an additional 20 minutes, while everybody’s order was being called, we were wondering where our order was. Finally we got up to ask where our order was, and it had been sitting on the shelf the whole time. Bad service, I absolutely dislike coming to this location, it happens everytime. Please get more staff! We dont pay to have our order sitting on the shelf while its getting cold.
