Slow to take the order, slow to give the order to the cook, slow to cook it and slow to box it up and charge for it. It's a great product but it's not worth it when I can get wings at pizza hut across the street in half the time. The reason I know is my wife and I timed it out. Both places were devoid of people and we each were the only ones ordering at each place. Her there, me here. She was enjoying hers in 12 minutes. Mine took over 16 minutes.
I think your estimated time tool is literally broken. Never accurate so you're either waiting an 30 minutes over the time or your food is cold. No in between. Such a poorly run place.

It tastes like someone dug them out of the garbage and refried them. I won't be ordering Wingstop again.They didn't even send a straw for my drink or a fork.

I was so excited to try this Wingstop…until I got there. NOBODY there was paying attention or even acknowledged me being there. Finally when they did “sorry sir, into about an hour and a half wait for walkin customers. The ENTIRE staff acted like they did not want to be working there and not to mention the place was absolutely filthy. I won’t be back and suggest you don’t waste your time.

This wingstop in mesquite, tx is hit or miss, sometimes the wings are GREAT!, and other time overcooked. But the current staff is inefficient, my last 2 deliveries have been incomplete. What's worse is that they do not try to correct there mistakes. Terrible customer service, I will not be ordering from the Cartwright location in mesquite, tx ever again.

My fries was cold. I wasn't expecting that cause they was a lil busy. The boneless wings looked more like strips or nuggets and I asked for lemon pepper and barley tasted the seasoning on my food.
