I was picking up my order at wing stop. While walking up to the counter, I saw a worker who was in charge of packing the fries put her bare hands on the fries in order to make sure they fit in the to go fry container. The person who was checking me out at the counter would not give me the ladies name so I asked to speak to a manager, but a manager was not available. After putting her bare hands on the fries, she proceeded to get on her phone and did not wash her hands after. Why would I want to eat something That is unsanitary. This location needs to do better with educating their employees about sanitation! Do better!

Recently went and the dining area was closed off because it was being worked on. They ended up giving a canned drink because the drink machine was not accessible. The wings were decent but I don't know what they did to the fries. They were so salty!!! What happened to the original seasoning?? Just be prepared for the changes.

Easily the worst Wingstop location I have ever been to. Find a different one. Even if you have to drive a little bit farther away. It’s not worth the stress. Trust me. Orders take forever. Understaffed. Soda machine usually out of flavors or in need of CO2. Often crowded with other angry people waiting for their order that took way too long and/or was incorrect. I have given them more chances that I’d like to admit because it’s the closest one to where I live. Would not recommend.

I’m visiting from Michigan and stopped by the Wingstop off of Town East while in Mesquite — and I have to say, the service here was amazing! Angelina and Rosa went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and were super friendly the whole time. The wings were fresh, hot, and packed with flavor, but what really stood out was the customer service. You can tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of the best Wingstop experiences I’ve had, and I’ll be coming back whenever I’m in town!!!

We have visited the Wingstop Restaurant in Mesquite, Texas on Town East Blvd since the first week it opened. We have observed many changes and growth throughout the years. It is under GREAT management at this time. We are fortunate enough to be waited on, at the front counter and over the telephone, by three of the BEST young ladies EVER. Ellie, Kennedy and Rosalyn are the BEST workers at the facility. Whenever we call in our order, we ask for them by name to ensure that our order is filed correctly. They get it correct EVERY time. The food is prepared to perfection. These young ladies are smart, respectful, kind, professional, courteous, accommodating, intelligent and personable. We adore and respect each of them. They are a GREAT asset to Wingstop. Kudos to them.
Had a carry out order they forgot the the French frys that I ordered. When I tried calling they kept denying that they forgot my frys. I won't ever be returning to this location ever again.
