This was my very first time coming here I was A little iffy at first because of the bad reviews but I’m so glad I stopped By the staff was very welcoming and greeted me right away the food was prepared well the location is very clean will definitely be stopping by again !

Every time I have visited this store there are new employees, but the wings are the best within a 20 mile radius. Consistent perfection.

NuNu NuNu

One of the worst location, employees in walking around playing in the back while making your food. Stood by the front counter for the longest before anybody to help me. I waited almost 45 minutes to get my food plus when I make it home the food was cold and the fries was tasted like they been sitting up for a while..

I have been in a cold war with these people for over a month to get a FIFTY DOLLAR refund. I was helped by a nice woman at first when she was getting my info but as I got sent to one of the managers of this store, it has been ignored phone calls and text messages. First, the cashier that took my order completely messed up my refund from the jump by taking my receipt from me. Then once i called to report my refund and get info, they really tried to talk me out of the refund option and just tried to remake my meal for me, that's not what I wanted. With It being 50 bucks, I want my money back! Second, I started talking with this manager on November 19th. I gave it the 2 weeks I was told to wait so they could go through cameras?? I even gave a description of what I was wearing THAT THEY ASKED FOR. Then i texted this man 7 different times asking fro updates. With all that, I still got not kinds of updates. This is entirely unprofessional and taking a ridiculous amount of time. Do not go to this place and if you good god don't return it because you'll get stupid silence.

Called because I forgot something on my online order, which I have done before and it was fixed by phone when I visited the one in Lancaster on pleasant run. This one MesquiteI called 5 times and had to beg the young lady to listen to me because I had already paid money and wanted to simply know if the order could be updated. No one came back to the phone. The issue is I paid money just like the customer in front of her. Service is terrible, a huge pet peeve of mine is horrible customer service and that’s exactly what I got. I’ll be contacting the store owner next. Hopefully that will make phone calls as important as instore purchases.

My dad ordered a 24 piece meal and picked it up after work. Well, when he got home we only had half the order. It was very inconvenient and when he called nobody answered. Terrible experience and customer service.

They just opened and they need to close down. Terrible service all teenagers who don’t care, when they first opened they were really good, i preferred it ovecthe town east location

After being shorted 5 whole wings on an order, i call to complain, they said they refund me a portion, never happened, another time i paid for all flats, do you think i got them? Of course not. This time they are dry and so disgusting.
At this point, it’s not even worth mentioning to them anymore. They know that it’s not working.

Look up.

I thought Popeyes on Town Center was slow but this one takes the crown. The restaurant lies about the order being ready to keep good stats, but it takes them at least another 15 min to pack it. If you do Door Dash or Uber avoid this joint or you're going to waste a lot of time and money.
