The wait time is ridiculous. They don't advise drive thru to pull aside so ready orders can grab their food. This spot is very small and very disorganized. The online order gives false timing. I hope they get it together. I will not be back

I placed an online order. When I walked in the cashier ignored me. I saw my name on the order screen so I waited until it showed ready. l then approached the counter. She looked at me and I told her my order showed ready. She gave it to me and I got home to see these huge chunks of potatoes definitely not fries. Acknowledging customers can go a long way. Even to say I’ll be with you in a minute. Disappointing.

This location has never given me raw wings, which is a huge win for Wingstop. But they do take forever, that aside though the service is always friendly and food is good. Be VERY flexible with timing though, ready in 20 really means 60

This place is the worse with following directions. I prefer to order from twn east location but they keep sending to galloway who NEVER cooks the wings well. Damn wings still look alive. Terrible and whats sad is its a easy fix. If only all businesses was like chic fil a.

Very professional and positive communication with great customer service skills. I will definitely be going back and making this my home wingstop. THE BEST I HAVE BEEN

Took about 1 hour and 30 minutes for two combos. Food was cold, cashier ignored the 15+ people that were inside the store. Customers would come to pick up and would leave without food told they had wait because their order wasn’t ready and some people have been waiting for almost 2 hrs . Drive thru? Is it a drive thru? Low staff ? Or just children working there? Because it was so unorganized. Everyone was very upset. I first time going and it was disappointing.

Order food at 7pm get to store at 740 get told wings will be ready in just a few mins 811 still waiting on wings I say just cancel order they say write down name and order number and card info will take 5 to 7 days I'm not leaving that information on a paper for all to see this is sad so now I'm forced to wait for wings while everyone I've seen get wings had issues with wings received I like wingstop but this one is ran horribly
