Zenna Thai & Japanese Restaurant

I get you're short staffed..Atleast greet me before you get the people who came in after me drunk.Not coming back or recommending Zenna to anyone ever again.

Got the spicy tuna and salmon rolls and they were delicious

Very slow sushi was horrible salmon was very mushy tuna was very fishy and the portion was very small staff was friendly but very slow soup was great hope I don't get sick

I should have read reviews and rating.. it's complicated ... The cury to this place is the only thing that has some what of Thai taste....everything else ..is not Thai... Not bad service ...but food was not Thai... I did not see any oriental people ..nothing wrong with that but usually they make the food taste well .. now Im not saying it was horrible ..just not my cup of tea.... When I smelled the food...it lacked condiments that make it Thai food or something.close to it...

I rated this lower before but staff has changed and service is better with food food good prices

CHEAPER-ISH OPTION OKAY QUALITY, i was scared to try this place because of the newer reviews but im glad i did, we tried pineapple fried rice (probably won't get it again) the seafood mix one nd the octopus was overcooked it was just meh, not worth the price. Then I had the crabmeat dynamite roll that was AMAZING also the tom kha soup very good. overall id go back for the soup and sushi but the price should be cheaper based on the quality of what they give, not that it's expensive just not worth what they're charging if I'm being honest.

Can y’all answer your phones! I’ve been waiting for my Uber eats order for almost 2 hrs and 30 mins in the business operating hours, NOT ONE UPDATE PROVIDED. Horrible.

That was the worst sushi I've ever had in my life. My friends was terrible, too. We could not finish. The fish tasted and had the texture of one that was sitting in a bucket of water all day. The piece of salmon dissolved in my mouth. It had a really strong fish smell to it. It was also very small. Hopefully I'm still alive tomorrow. DO NOT EAT HERE. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

I hate to even leave bad reviews, but I really felt I needed to in this situation. This is by far the worst sushi I’ve ever had. It tasted like it had been left out for days, very stale and made me nauseous. I went to eat with a couple of buddies and one of them ordered the rainbow roll. The fish was like gum and texture was awful. We ate two bites and couldn’t eat anymore. I would even say Kroger has way better sushi than this. Please be aware before eating here. I’ve heard other locations are good, but I’m honestly surprised this one is still open.

The noodles were greasy and mudhyy. The sushi had a really strong fish smell and the fish was warm. I wouldn't come back here it's pretty bad quality food

One of the slowest restaurants I've been to in awhile. Waited 30 minutes for food when they weren't busy. Not sure if we need more cooks or what. Food smelled and tasted good once we got it but not worth the wait.

This is the worst Zenna. Normally Zenna is great, every other location is great. This location is always disappointing. They don't care about doing a good job. Says they are open till midnight but the close early if they feel like it. Sucks I was so excited when I heard Zenna was opening here cause normally they are one of my favorite restaurants.

Last visit was so disappointing. This Mesquite location is so dry & depressing.Which is so sad because their food is great, but they should consider closing this site.

The manager at this place is very rude!!! I placed a order on uber eats they canceled my order without a reason! I re ordered the food the u we driver arrived to pick it up the restaurant told her that my order was canceled. After my Uber driver called I called asking for the manager he was very rude and said I canceled both orders I asked why he said we didn’t prep to cook any food so your food would have been delayed longer I remind you i been waiting since 4:00pm it’s not 6:06pm! Not one person from the store try to call to inform me.. this place is horrible I will never spend another dime here!! By the way my family and I eat from her at least 3 times a week!!!

The food is always great. Happy hour specials are super affordable. The staff at this location is very friendly. Now the actual place is old and run down. The bar area and restrooms are dirty. Come with an open mind, because despite the ugly appearance the food is always on point.
