I tried to order pizza then I was told they don't take cash I have to use card. So I went to the bank to deposit the cash I had. Come back to place my order they take my card. After he runs my card then he tells me it's a 20 minute wait. This place is ridiculous

Why do customers have to wait 5-10 minutes every single time in drive thru before anyone comes to the window and then when u ask why they take so long they rude about it and I ask for his name and he said I dont have to get that to u sir and slam the window ??????

I ordered on line and still waited over 20 mins at the window for someone to even speak to me. Then, I still had to wait while the workers were huddled in the back, for them to just get the pizza. Aside from the normal baking time, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my 1 pizza I had ordered and paid for in advance! The service has definitely gone downhill!

On 5-20-2024- I call to make an order for special pizza @ the Mexia Little Caesars pizza place, Mexia, Texas @ 8:00p.m 8:15p.m., 9:00p.m. 9:15p.m. . Went to the drive thru window to get a ready made pizza @9:30p.m. and the staff in window stated they did have any pizza ready, that it will take 10 to 12 minutes and we are not going to cook any pizza, right at closing time. I informed the young person, that I thought closing time was not until 10:00p.m. the young person stated we have to start cleaning @9:30p.m. REALLY. Need new management. And if, you have business, A well run business serve their customer until they close.

They need some people in there that actually like to do their job and actually pay attention to their customers they mess up orders way too much.
Called in to request an earlier pickup time for our online order and were told that could just show it be a use crazy puffs are always available as hot and ready. Have been asked to come back to drive-through in 10 minutes TWICE! Service window has gum stuck on it and appears that it has not been cleaned in a very long time. Been to this location many times in past and it is highly mediocre. It has gone downhill from there.
