My order was a app order was I placed it as I was driving to the McDonald’s I’m 34 minutes away so I did it 10 minutes out and got there and everything was still cold and no one answers the phone so u can’t call I was 10 minutes out when i moved the bag it was cold so felt everything and it was cold to won’t go there again and that was my first time and only time going don’t care if I have to drive to Waco or marlin for one after tonight

Handicap stall in ladies room wasn't working. Was directed to restroom in the play area. Was absolutely filthy. Wanted a Mocha frappe but the machine was down. Any good reviews must have been left by relatives.

Why ask if we want sauce if you’re never gonna put it in there anyways!? And ONE tiny tablespoon honey packet is not enough for even three pieces of nuggets. then when we always have to ask for sauce cause sure as heck no you didn’t put it in there you wanna roll your eyes like it’s the biggest inconvenience of your day. And when we ask for sauce don’t give one packet. We want like five. Put the sauce in there and we won’t have to ask, easy

I don’t eat here however my family do and the customer service is horrible.
The fountain drink area was extremely dirty, and sticky. The floor near it was also, all sticky and the area smelled bad and was attracting gnats.. it definitely needed cleaning.. French fries were hot and fresh but the chicken sandwich and mcdouble was cold.. cold meats and bun. . The young man that waited on us was very nice and friendly. This was around 6 pm in the evening...
