When this business started chicken flavor was great, now it has same consistency but way too spicy for kids and pieces get smaller and smaller.Place is ok to eat during cooler days(outdoor only) but now is July/Aug and they don't even setup a fan for dine in customers.**beware when paying with a CC they add a $3 surcharge without notice.
They literally never have chicken. It's become a reoccurring joke at work that any time I go they're out of chicken. For a place literally Called Pollo express this just makes no sense! It's like if Burger King was out of burgers consistently every time you tried to order! Insane
