My order was completely wrong! The girl read back my order and it was correct but when we got home it was all messed up! I live out in the country so I tried to call 10 times throughout the day with no one answering the phone! This happens anytime I place a order with more than 2 or 3 things!

Checked in and after about 5 mins, they cleared it out to say it was on the way I had to push the button ask for my food just to be confused about the my order and once I got it the food was chilled… this seems to be a consistent pattern I’ve seen here lately…

Stori, Cesar, Aiden, Allison, Breshard and several others I KNOW I’m leaving out. They are superstars. Such mature and eager to please young people. They are for sure going to be successful in the future with the work ethic they have!!!

The last 2 times we went to this Sonic we waited for 15 minutes and our orders were wrong.
8-9-24 Decided to try one more time. Waiting 20 minutes now for 3 drinks! I called the corporate number and complained. Just saw a man get out of his car and go to the door to get his order. This Sonic is ridiculous!
