Worst Sonic ever! Had to wait over 20 minutes for a drink I ordered ahead on the app! And still had to push the button twice!

The last 2 times we went to this Sonic we waited for 15 minutes and our orders were wrong.

8-9-24 Decided to try one more time. Waiting 20 minutes now for 3 drinks! I called the corporate number and complained. Just saw a man get out of his car and go to the door to get his order. This Sonic is ridiculous!

They are really slow I ordered my food at 1:36pm and it's 1:53pm and still haven't gotten my food yet

This Sonic has the worst service I have experienced anywhere. If you use the app, they don’t start the order until you get there, which defeats the purpose of using the app. Half the stalls do not work, but they don’t bother putting a sign on them. I have pushed the button and it says someone will be right with me, but no one ever comes on.
The other day we waited to get our online
Order. A carhop passed us 6 times before saying, that stall doesn’t work. When we have eventually gotten our order, something is not right every time. I will not be going back to this location.

Just when you think service can’t get any worse it does. 3 or 4 of the menus don’t work but you would think they could at least get your order right. Tired of paying for what I do t get, takes so long to get your order you don’t want to go back and redo it. Plus a melted slush

They have problems getting orders right. They over-talk you when you are ordering and if they'd just be patient the customer would tell them. They talk and not listen. The car hops think that your change is their tip. That's not their decision...it's mine.
