Man the workers there absolutely suck if that’s who they are gonna keep behind the counter then they might as well tear the building down because once people meet the 2 men working they’ll never comeback this place absolutely sucks I wouldn’t even recommend it to Helen Keller if she could see or hear😭

Worker was rude I didn’t get her name but she had brown hair. I had to repeat my order 3 times after she kept walking away and making faces in the camera . I had to assume she took my order from her silence she kept walking away and after a good 3 minutes of sitting there she came back she didn’t repeat it just said pull to the next window didn’t acknowledge me at all she was very rude and my drink didn’t taste right.

The barista had a scowl pretty much the whole time. My husband said thank you when picking up the app ordered drink. She didn't even acknowledge my husband. My matcha had white powder flakes in it and green chunks of matcha powder through out. Even after mixing and mixing it wasn't mixed well. A good grade matcha doesn't have whatever the white stuff was. And ceremonial grade matcha isn't nasty clumpy. When I asked about the white stuff it was told it was the powder not mixed in. What powder??? 1st and last one at Starbucks. The photos are after I stirred and stirred and stirred and stirred.

Third and last trip here. First two trips, ordered iced black tea. The server said they offered free refills should I want one, which I thought was nice. Third trip, ordered tea, sat about 40 minutes reading, then requested refill. Waiter said we only offer refills if you have been in the restaurant the entire time. I replied I've been sitting by the door the entire time. She said, well I guess I'll take your word for it. No need to take my word, receipt was time stamped. Starburst does have anything I want bad enough to have my integrity questioned over a glass of tea. Most Starbucks offer above average service. Not here. Act like I'm taking money out of their pocket. No wonder there's only 3 customers in the store most of the time. Do not recommend this place.

What kind of place is this? Rude staff, bugs in my drink AND food, floors trashy and sticky. Absolutely an all-around trashy place. Don't bother wasting your money here.
It shows I posted this after hours, but they're restricting negative reviews and deleting the ones they don't like. Talk about shady. Guess they don't like it when people speak the truth about their staff, especially their morning and mid-workers

Not gonna lie, first time immediately the last time. Rude staff and a dead atmosphere. They showed that customers aren't actually welcome cause we disturb their little convos with each other or interrupt their cellphone time. This is a late review, but still needed to be voiced

I highly recommend this location, not only is the presentation of their drinks impeccable, but the staff, like the lady at the window, are super sweet and take extra steps to ensure accuracy. 🌻☀️
