Went in last week with an online order through the app. When I arrived I was told that there's no bread (but some how had bread for the customers that arrived after my order) and couldn't complete the order. I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn't do it only that they could cancel the order and would be refunded that way. But they already confirmed it in the system and didn't cancel so I never got the refund and even tried through their website.

Surfaces area was not clean and used knife that was not cleaned to cut multiple sandwiches in half. Had vegetables mixed because of employees dropping them in different containers.

I was just there with my family and the service was HORRIBLE! the 2 employees had locked the front doors and hour and a half before closing. We had to tell the guy our order 3 separate times while he gave us attitude and we were polite, once we got to the window he came back and forth to ask us what we had wanted on the sandwiches and very clearly looked under the influence. When we had told him the second time he came back we had asked if he'd like us to write it down he shoved a paper and pen at us and thats when we had had enough. I have worked for subway before and have had to close by myself so I understand being tired and needing to get things done but there were 2 people there and still were not doing their jobs as they should have. He then refused us service when we got an attitude back with him and slammed the window on us. If I could I would give this 0 stars. Very unprofessional.

They give you half the portion of meat. The roof of my mouth was sore after eating one of their sandwiches because they put so little meat on it. Then when a mistake was made about the price, I was overcharged. Instead of giving me a refund they made me pay again for the sandwich when I told them I didn't have the money to pay again the manager lied and said that I was not charged for the first sandwich. When in fact I was charged and 2 payments was taken for one sandwich.

Place an online order, get to place at the time the app says it'll be ready and there's a line. Okay, no problem. But then I get to the machine, let them know I've got an online order and still waited 20+ minutes in the drive through for my order. Not cool.

So far, I have no issues with this establishment. No food poisoning, no attitude from staff, just samiches. Thank you.

Parking: Gets cramped when it's at its busiest times of the day, as far as parking goes.
