Some food came out cold (tacos and fries), while the quesadilla came out over cooked. They were out of unsweetened tea, and the mango tea seemed like it was almost empty. It seems like they were not ready for lunch. I would also like for them to figure out drinks at the kiosks. It is not clear if we should ask for the right after the order or at pickup. I wait for pickup, and they seem confused. Our one compliment was on the hard beef tacos.
Never had a problem with my food from here until tonight I ate a burrito and kept chewing for awhile and found this hard substance in my food I’m glad I didn’t swallow it to be honest ???
This Taco Bell is pretty damn good. Although the time in the drive-through is a little longer than I’d like, the food is always hot, fresh and delicious and the window service at the drive-thru as always exceptional. I haven’t been to this Taco Bell once and received bad service, not once. The employees are smiling, but not too friendly, helpful, kind and efficient.
