Slowest coffee place ever with fools working it. This girl skipped 3 cars came to me, got my order and I seen my coffee sitting there for 4 cars then they tried to give me the cold coffee and got attitude when I refused it and wanted a fresh one. Be smarter and take people's orders in ORDER!

Disappointed that there are No menus on the building or on arrival. Just guessing what to order is crazy. I had to pull out the phone and go to google to see what to order. The owner really needs to post a menu sign or hand out menu.

Never had a bad experience where they stand there on their phones and laugh and not saying anything while we wait in the drive through for our order to be taken. They could look at us and laugh not do anything.If they couldn’t take our order they should have closed the drive through. Mind you the store closes at 10 we got there 7

Stopped by here for the first time yesterday. Coffee and service was good however I am disappointed in how they treat their employees, they had girls standing outside solidly when it was very cold. When i asked one of the girls why she didnt have warmer pants on she said they aren’t allowed to wear sweatpants. If you’re going to make your employees stand outside in the freezing weather why not at least let them wear warmer pants??? I wont be back which is unfortunate because the coffee was good and employees were nice.
If I could give less than a star, I would. Horrible customer service. Our drinks were served wrong TWICE. “Baristas” were talking negatively because we sent the drinks back. Will not be returning.
I recently visited the 7 Brew location in Midland. The drink itself was very good—well made and exactly what I expected in terms of flavor and quality. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. The wait time felt excessive, especially for a drive-through model that is typically known for speed and efficiency.
I understand that locations can get busy, but the delay took away from what would have otherwise been a positive experience. I hope this is something that can be improved, because the product itself is solid.

I come 6 days a week and for the last 3 days it's been filled with cars ... And to on lookers it's a good thing. But in reality it due to the employees to busy talking to friends that drive up.... Today I have been here in like for over 20 minutes, with two cars in front of me. My line has not moved, due to employees talking to whomever at the front of the line while the other lines has moved 6 cars, and us at a stand still. With no one taking orders. Unfortunately this isn't the first time it's happened. I've let leaders know.with no change.
Asked for a water was told I had to buy something in order to have water. I called corporate about this before and they said no water is free and not allowed to be denied.

Everytime I come here when I come home they never give me my points. I came here Monday and they ask for my number but I don’t ever get my point. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this. I told them last time and even called and they said a manager had to look into it and never did anything about it. Let it go but it happened again.

The one girl in drive can never get the orders correct. She is not very friendly and repeats to you what you order then puts it in system wrong. Wish I could get out of line and go somewhere else when we she is the one taking the orders. Then when u tell person at the front that the order is wrong they just tell u that is what was ordered

Both drinks were wrong. It took at least 20 minutes to get the second drink. The girl taking our money never looked at us or gave us any update on our order. We heard the staff arguing about whether or not are second drink had even been made and had to ask if it was even going to be. No explanation or apology. Took way too long to have them fix the drinks at this point. Worst 7 brew ever.
